Tyckte om Absolutely beautiful setting and such a lovely peaceful camp site. Robert and Julie were so friendly and such fantastic hosts who went above and beyond when my car broke down, I asked if they knew of a local garage and Robert went out of his way to ring the garage for me to get it looked at (laces garage which was also fantastic service!) and even offered to drive the car for me to the garage as I was abit wary about driving it as I was alone with my 2 children and dog! Car sorted same day so that was just a little hiccup in our stay. We stayed in a camping pod, which was so cute and cosy, and spacious enough for me, my 2 children and our dog. it came with a little heater inside but we didn’t need it as it was warm enough. The pods were well spaced out so you have plenty of room and don’t feel on top of each other. with a huge playing field in the middle of the field with a vollleyball net. The facilities are great, everything you could need, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, even a plug in grill to cook food on was available to use. The honesty shop was so sweet, and handy if you forget anything or fancy an ice lolly. Bring change Showers were lovely and powerful and hot. Toilets were cleaned multiple times a day, and all taps were drinking water so I didn’t need to bring all the bottled water. The WiFi barn was great for the kids with a few toys/ games to play with also. The park was fab for the kids too. They have plenty of information dotted around about local walks/ cycle routes/ nearby attractions/ places of interest etc. It was a very well run camp site and they’ve thought of everything for campers to enjoy their stay. 10/10 we will definitely be back :)
