Tyckte om Easy booking, and communication with the owner. Great location, and easily accessible while still being peaceful. Well looked after statics. Accessible walking to Offa's Dyke path and Hay itself. Children's play area (field) was great. Information provided at beginning of stay was spot on. Responded swiftly to queries once on site.
