Tyckte om Great friendly clean site. The site was impeccably kept with beautiful walks all around it. A good balance between wild areas and mown walkways. Don’t be put off by the road as it was barely noticeable even on the bank holiday. Toilet block was always clean and plenty of hot water. Central to all the delights this area has to offer, we particularly enjoyed puzzlewood and Symonds yat, although you do need to drive or use public transport. Definitely returning when time allows. Hope the birth goes well!

Tyckte om Great facilities and the photos do not do it justice. We found the staff friendly and accommodating. The pool areas were spotless with great views. Ate in the restaurant one night which was basic but very nice. The pitches are a good size . We enjoyed this site and stayed an extra night.

Tyckte inte om Pitches can get a bit muddy although it had rained briefly. A bit of gravel or top dressing would make it better for cleanliness

Tyckte inte om What seems like a residential area onsite which is a little bit to be desired. Makeshift set ups using caravans and sheds etc ruins what could potentially be a great site. Ok for a stopover if you’re not intimidated easily by people staring.

Tyckte om What a great site. Very friendly staff, immaculate facilities and great location only a lovely 10 minute walk from the beach.

Tyckte inte om Not really a dislike but unfortunate that the local pub was operating Covid-19 hours. This only meant that we had a short drive, due to safety, to a different pub for dinner. The lighthouse pub was also great.

Tyckte om Friendly welcome from the owner set us up for a great stay. We only stayed one night as we were dropping or son off at uni in Carmarthen but the facilities on this site are more than adequate for longer stays. The views and sunsets are incredible from the large, flat pitches overlooking the estuary. Don’t be put off by the portacabin toilets because they were impeccably clean and of a higher standard than a lot that we’ve visited! All in all a great gem of a find and we’ll be back for sure when we visit our son. Fantastic.

Tyckte inte om Nothing to not like but just a word of warning, be careful on the roads as there was a lot of tractor activity when we visited. Take it easy.
