Tyckte om A peaceful spacious site with excellent sunsets and incredible night skies. The toilet block was clean and the free showers were always warm. The on-site cafe was handy for the occasional cooked breakfast and the beer & pizza night on Saturday was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Tyckte om The owner met us on site and was extremely welcoming. The site is well maintained, the pitches are large and level. The location is spot on, remote but with everything on your doorstep. There is zero light pollution so the night sky is spectacular. The facilities are clean. There is only one toilet, it is only a small site, 10 pitches or so, so one is plenty. The shower is one of the best campsite showers I have ever used! The military hardware and the museum was a bonus, Ian gave me a guided tour and even let my lad sit in the vehicles. Well worth the money - and some.
