Tyckte inte om Shower layout a bit odd, ok if 2 ok you going, but one shower is off of another… Toilet clean and tidy, but missing seat and lock not working. Easily fixable… Not enough hooks or shelves for changing/washing

Tyckte om General feel, big spaces, new facilities etc, good family bathroom and a freezer!!! hopefully once teething probs sorted will be a great site, especially if you have little ones wanting to visit the farm...

Tyckte inte om New site only just opened, but facilities struggled with Aug bank hol weekend...Toilet cleanliness, probably due to mud/dust from pipe laying, which I guess will grass over in time, if it wasn't for squeegees in shower it would have been awful. There was lack of toilet paper and hand roll for 24 hrs, water pressure in showers was poor in morning.

Från föreståndaren: Thank you for your really helpful and constructive review following your stay at the farm. We have learned a huge amount since opening at the end of July and couldn’t believe that we went from zero to fully booked by the end of August. Admittedly it did take us rather by surprise but we have already started work on improvements for 2020 which should address your issues. Many thanks again.

Tyckte om Site clean and well looked after, facilities good (when working) Would possibly go back again, but there are much nicer, cheaper, batter located sites in the area

Tyckte inte om Pitchup - disappointed as Pitchup Availability did not match site availability, we booked a touring pitch and were then told by the site that there were none, however they managed to find us an alternative upgraded pitch. Whist there is nothing wrong with the site in general and in fact the facilities are pretty good, there was a real lack of atmosphere on the site. Approx. 50% of the pitches are long term resident pitches and although we didn't experience any problems, that others have had, there was a real feel of us and them. This became more obvious when after the Bank Holiday weekend, most of the pitches were vacated, leaving the site feeling like a ghost town. Wifi only works near reception. They ran out of gas in the showers and therefore no hot water for 2 days, offered nothing in the way of an apology or compensation. The terraced bays in some areas meant you felt a little on top of each other. We were expecting grass, but had a gravel pitch, which wasn't ideal. Serviced Pitches - Taps are gound level making difficult to use and right by waste, meansing you poor your waste-water over the water water tap.

Från föreståndaren: good afternoon, we are happy to hear your positive feed back on the cleanliness of our facilities. we are aware the wifi is only in the reception area, however we do not advertise on pitch up as having wifi, so this is a free bonus. we are in the process of having our band width upgraded as at the moment due to our location the signal is not great. I am sorry you felt there was no atmosphere and that there was a divide between seasonal pitches and holiday makers, in general we find the seasonal pitch owners to be quite friendly. I do apologise that the incident with the gas happened during your stay. I was made aware that there was a problem with the water at 9:00am 28/05/15 and had not had any previous reports prior to that. We straight away called out gas company who monitor the gas tanks that heat the water and had an emergency delivery, which was delivered first thing this morning 09:00am 29/05/15. However this was not the only issue causing the cold water, it was due to the regulator, not working due to a mechanical fault. We had called out gas companies emergency team who resolved the issue that day on 29/05/15. This was a one off event and should not happen again, however mechanical faults are unpredictable. The wardens on park were offering hot water to be boiled for washing up to many customers and tried their best to communicate to every one on updates throughout the day and apologising for the inconvenience.
