Tyckte om Loved this campsite. The most incredible view overlooking Minehead and the coast. The campsite was covered with wild bunnies which made the stay extra special. Really cool road to get to the campsite, through cow fields. Saw lots of other cool wildlife such as deer and a fox cub. Easy access to coastal paths and hikes. Helpful staff and great bathroom facilities. Would stay again.

Tyckte om Friendly and helpful owner. Beautiful location in their apple orchard. Felt like wild camping, with just a few pitches all spread out across the orchard. The homemade cider was incredibly tasty and available to purchase on site. My favourite campsite I've been too on my 7 day roadtrip around Devon & Cornwall. The owners cat was extremely friendly and cute which was an added bonus! Highly recommend this campsite and I'll be back very soon! The highlight of my trip was finding wild otters & beavers just a 20 minute walk away, thanks to the owners helpful advice.

We're delighted you enjoyed the orchard, the peaceful spacing between pitches, and that "wild camping" feel while still having a few comforts close at hand. It means a great deal to hear Bowhayes was your favourite campsite during your tour of Devon and Cornwall. We're especially pleased you enjoyed the cider and, even better, managed to spot the otters and beavers. They can be elusive at times, so it's always rewarding when guests get to experience the local wildlife. Tyckte om Spaces and well maintained campsite with excellent facilities and accommodating staff. No complaints and I would definitely return.
