I would really recommend Monkey Tree consider their marketing as it really was 100% focused on kids entertainment and there was nowhere to escape to relax... the clubhouse was one of three restaurant/bar areas and even that was loud and full. I'm afraid we left after one night! I'm sure it is wonderful for families with kids, just not for us sorry!
Also paid for WiFi which didn't work. No refunds.
Thank you for leaving us a review. Monkey Tree is a family holiday park, so the facilities and entertainment schedule do try and cater for this. Any issues with WiFi could have been reported to the WiFi admin who would have tried to resolve the issue, or offer a refund if necessary. Thanks again for your review.

Thank you for leaving us a review - unfortunately, the bad weather is completely out of our control. We do have an indoor soft play, an arcade and entertainment.
Our wristband system is in place for safety reasons as children very easily get lost on park and aren't always aware of their caravan or pitch numbers.
Additional prices are for the midday craft activities, this is for the materials used, that the children can take home. The adventure golf is also an additional charge, everything else is included within your stay. Thanks again for your feedback.

Our standard service pitch does not include drainage on the pitch - we do include this in some of our other types of pitch which are available to view on the webpage before booking. We have had a heavy 5 weeks of rains and storms which doesn't help when it comes to the pitches.
We are very competitively priced for our area and there are often offers and discounts around the site to help with costs.
Our entertainment team work very hard and we offer entertainment in both of our restaurant and bar areas.
All of our staff are customer service trained- should this of been brought to our attention during your stay we could of had the issue resolved.

The site itself is in a great location so close to Perrenporth for a day trip to the beach. There is also a fantastic pub nearby called the Smugglers Den, which has a children’s play area and the serves the most wonderful food. The toilet blocks were spotlessly clean and the staff at the camp site were really helpful.
