Love this place, we came last year loved it the first time and loved ut again this time, kids enjoyed themselves great time had with all, even persuaded our freinds to come with us and they loved it too.

Just a bit disappointed no evening entertainment in the beach bar for the kids like last year but understand it's not peak season, just thought as the park seamed busy and quite full that there may of been something on.

The whole experience. Everything was so clean and tidy. There is so many things for the children to do. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. All the tent pitches are individually marked so there's no confusion and they are a good size. My son has additional needs and has no sense of danger at all so I left a request to be away from the main roads on the site and my request was fulfilled. Will deffinatly be coming back

Nice big tent pitch with electric. Flat and well kept close to toilets and showers which the wonderful cleaning lady kept spotless. Security guards both male and female took the time to help when ever needed. They were very approachable and sorted any problems out very efficiently.

Unfortunately you do have to pay for WiFi except in the club house. I thought drinks were expensive, and the entertainment was not great. It's very difficult to get out onto the main road.

Pitch and general camping facilities.

Pool looked great although weather prevented us using it.

The food!

Menu was atrocious and even then they were only serving half. Ended up being a choice between burger or pizza.

Pizzas were repeatedly sent out burnt to a crisp. Nothing good to say about the burgers either.

Drink was poor also served in disposable plastic cups. Plastic beakers would of been a big improvement.

Only place to get a coffee onsite was in the entertainment bar so felt we spent a disproportionate amount of time in there through the day

Fabulous place to stay in a great location.
The showers and toilets were immaculately clean, never had to que. Great location, and plenty to do for the kids

Stayed whit week and run out of various drinks(midweek),no wine glasses in the afternoon!!,run out of meals on the menu,chip shop was to long waiting for orders,not enough showers in toilet blocks queues daily

Facilities were very clean and lots of them for such a large park.
Well maintained pitches and facilities.
Great sized pitches.
Friendly staff who made sure I (solo female) was as close to friends as possible.
Reasonably priced food and drinks
Great entertainment.

On the last afternoon, all facilities around were closed due to there being “less people on site” meaning I had to use toilets and showers across the park - when speaking to reception was informed that this would be sorted as soon as possible however they remained shut through the night and were still closed the next morning.

Facilities were incredible. Possibly the best campsite I have ever visited.

The weather wasn't great, but you can't help that. Even though it rained we stayed warm and dry and entertained.

Great place for all ages. So much to do. The supermarket was super convenient. The staff were all so lovely and friendly. The entertainment was above and beyond for children and adults!

Considering they have a "be quiet" curfew it wasn't honoured by quite a few surrounding us. The toilets got locked at one point early hours so my son had to poo in the wild as it was dark late and we couldn't find anymore quick enough. Ordering food and waiting time could be upto 1h30m food and drinks very expensive. WiFi cost what I pay for a month for 2 days had to buy it because I got no network signal there.
