I had lost a lot of faith in English campsites over the last few years but this one really restored my faith. Unfortunately we had to leave early as my daughter wasn’t very well. On leaving we had the most lovely man help us to leave even through the office was closed this wasn’t a problem for them. Fantastic communication and overall a really good team. We will absolutely be coming back in the next few months!

Loud music on 10 till 10 in the outdoor bar that was closed and different loud music on at the clubhouse at the same time in the evenings.

The reason we don't do the late checkouts is due to having check-ins on the same pitches. Our grounds team need at least 2 hours to do pitch checks before we can let people on them. The option is there to leave your car in the car park and still use the facilities that day.
We are sorry for the excessive noise you experienced in the evening, being a family friendly holiday park it can be noisier at times. The security team were made aware of these noise complaints and they were dealt with accordingly. We will pass on your feedback to the appropriate staff members and take it into consideration.

We have a large restaurant on site, The Beach Club, where we provide lots of tasty meals, from burgers, tapas, salads and ice cream! This is one of our main facilities on park where the majority of our evening entertainment is held.
