Clean Park. Good size pitch.

Children's entertainment being 30 minutes long then straight into bingo, not great for a 3 year old. Onsite shop closing at 6pm. Outdoor pool freezing! And if you have a pitch by reception, noise from drunk guests getting dropped of by taxi, walking past tents at 2 and 3am shouting and swearing! Falling out and smashing bottles. Activities expensive. Food in club house expensive and not much to choose from.

Well maintained grounds and great facilities for children

WiFi connection was not possible unless you was in the bar or on a pitch next to reception. Needs investment!

Really well kept and clean site with excellent facilities. Our daughter loved the children's disco and funky monkey! The entertainment team were engaging and great with the audience. The swimming pool was fab and unlike any at other sites and warm!

We had a great pitch ,by a park great for Children and close to toilets .
Lovely pool ,lifeguards are fantastic.
Really friendly staff especially Leanne at the children's Art shack.
Loved the golf and cocktails!

No children's sinks ...grandson couldn't wash his hands or teeth without being lifted up to sit on the side of the basin .
Shop very expensive.

Family friendly, really enjoyed, over all a good experience, toilets and shower facilities were clean and tidy, staff were helpful and friendly

Chip shop on sight, food wasn't great, but had worse, bit over priced but in general wasn't to bad

The staff were wonderful. Polite friendly and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived.

I understand it was the start of the season but a lot of attractions weren't open which is what you are paying for. Most disappointed that the 'take out' was closed and the shop had hardly any stock.
Wifi was poor to non existent within meters of the site.

Everything about the park was excellent. From the toilets to the facilities everything was perfect for a family including swimming pools which were immaculate play areas parks sand pit etc all really good. Bar area and staff were all brilliant and nothing was ever to much to ask. Outstandingly kept park with amazing gardens and well kept plants etc makes the park look lovely

Great location for days out to local attractions. Very well maintained site and pitches with plentiful shower and toilet facilities.

Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Every department was first class, great welcome, great bar staff and a very good entertainment team. Add to that the guys and girls behind the scenes that keep the park spotless. 5*

The swimming pool was excellent. Showers and toilets were good.
Supermarket catered for everything you need. Bus route on the doorstep. Food in the bar was ok but limited. Staff very helpful.

WiFi was very poor. Site WiFi was intermittent

Everything was family friendly had a little bit of everything for adults and children, kids loved the pool and arcade’s and the disco. It was our boys 8th birthday and funky monkey had him on stage for his birthday he loved it

Only thing would have been better if shop opened earlier, but we are early birds, shop opened at 8, but didn’t open until 8.30,
