Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’emplacement du camping, la tranquillité des lieux, la propreté ainsi que le confort de nos douches et emplacements.

Concernant l’épicerie, c’est une remarque que nous comprenons. En attendant, tous les commerces de proximité (boulangerie, supérette, pharmacie…) sont accessibles à seulement **1,5 km**, ce qui reste très pratique pour s’approvisionner rapidement à pied ou à vélo.

Tyckte inte om Camping car facilities were poor.
Electric was a long way from our pitch, asked reception for extension but they said No. we had to go to shop and buy extension lead. Only 1 fresh water point on the campsite that we could use and only 1 grey waste water point for us to use.
Very dissatisfied

👉 **Nous prêtons systématiquement, sous caution, des adaptateurs européens et des rallonges électriques** à tous les campeurs qui en font la demande. Il suffit simplement de passer à l’accueil pour les obtenir. Dire qu’on vous a répondu "non" est donc **totalement faux**, ou alors il y a eu une incompréhension… ou un mauvais camping.

👉 Concernant les points d’eau, **plusieurs sont répartis sur le site et sont facilement accessibles**, y compris pour les camping-cars. Il en va de même pour le point de vidange des eaux grises, qui est clairement indiqué sur le plan remis à l’arrivée.

Nous sommes toujours disponibles à l’accueil pour aider les campeurs en cas de besoin. Dommage que vous n’ayez rien signalé sur place, **ou que vous ayez tout simplement confondu de camping avant de poster ce commentaire négatif.**

Tyckte om The site was just what we were looking for, clean, shady for the dogs and close to the beach.
It could do with some updating in the toilets/shower blocks, but apart from that was perfect!

Tyckte om The campsite is in a great location – right by the beach and within walking distance of the town center with restaurants and shops. The area is mostly wooded, which provides shade and a pleasant atmosphere. The pitches are spacious and well-maintained.
Cleanliness was a big plus, as well as the large dishwashing area (outdoors but covered) and the nice, individual showers. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The pool area looked nice, although we didn’t use it. The reception staff were friendly and helpful

Tyckte inte om The pitches could be better separated – people often took a shortcut through our space, which was quite annoying.
The toilets were the biggest downside: poorly maintained, cramped, and very dark (especially the ones near the reception and at the far end of the campsite). The washroom areas were also very dark, and there was no toilet paper or hand soap provided.
The internal roads leading to the pitches were in poor condition – in some spots, tree roots had pushed through the asphalt so badly that it was impossible to drive through without scraping the car. Anyone with a low vehicle should be extra careful.
Behind the campsite there’s a bar with live music – unfortunately the noise continued even after 10 PM. If you're looking for peace and quiet, avoid the pitches at the back of the campsite.
Directional signs on the campsite were confusing and sometimes misleading. A smaller downside: there’s no on-site shop or food stand, which would have been convenient.

We’re glad you enjoyed the **location of the campsite**, the proximity to the beach and town center, the **shaded environment**, the **cleanliness**, the **private showers**, and the **friendliness of our team**. Your positive feedback is very encouraging, and we sincerely thank you for it.

Regarding your remarks:

* **Pitch separation**: It’s true that some guests take shortcuts through other people’s pitches, which we strongly discourage. We’re considering adding more visual separation (like hedges or posts) where needed to improve this.

* **Toilets and washrooms**: Some facilities are older and less bright, that’s true. They are **cleaned daily**, but we acknowledge that some areas could use a deeper renovation, which is part of our maintenance plans. Also, as stated at reception, **toilet paper and soap are not provided**, which is common practice in many campsites.

* **Internal roads**: Tree roots under the pavement are something we monitor closely, and repairs are planned for the most affected areas. **Nature is one of our assets**, but it also brings its own challenges, which we strive to manage as best as possible.

* **Noise from nearby bar**: The music you mention comes from a business located **outside of the campsite**, which we do not manage. It is only occasional, but we understand it can disturb some guests. As you rightly mentioned, we recommend **avoiding pitches at the back of the campsite** for those seeking maximum peace and quiet.

* **Signage**: Thank you for your feedback — we’ll review some signs to make navigation within the site clearer.

* **On-site shop or food**: These services are not currently available. However, **all shops and restaurants are less than 1.5 km away**, easily reachable on foot or by bike in just a few minutes. That remains a convenient alternative while we explore future possibilities.

Rien à voir avec les propriétaires du camping mais des voyageurs très bruyants et pas très respectueux des autres ( disputes conjugales la nuit)

Tyckte inte om Unfortunately campsite was in poor state of neglect, all pitches overgrown, signs etc leaning against trees or missing, fire hydrants missing from their bags.
NO on site restaurant open whatsoever!
No entertainment on site despite “Animations” advertised.
I was informed by a British retired couple who stayed there that ownership has recently changed hands, restaurants have been annexed off as is obvious as campsite fencing wraps around them so no access from campsite but access from road which is a considerable walk.
We had booked for seven nights but abandoned those plans after four nights and moved on to a lovely campsite again recommended by Pitchup .com.

👉 Non, le camping n’est pas « à l’abandon ». Les emplacements sont entretenus régulièrement, et oui, l’herbe pousse — comme dans tout camping naturel en pleine saison. Ici, nous ne tondons pas au cordeau entre chaque sardine de tente, et cela plaît justement à ceux qui recherchent un cadre verdoyant… pas un parking bitumé.

👉 Les panneaux ne sont pas « penchés contre des arbres », ils sont posés temporairement dans certains cas pendant des travaux d’ajustement ou de remplacement.

👉 Le restaurant n’est plus géré par le camping, car l’exploitant a cessé son activité — ce que nous expliquons clairement à l’accueil. Oui, il est désormais accessible par la route (à moins de 10 minutes à pied), ce qui ne semble pas insurmontable pour quelqu’un capable de rédiger un avis aussi long.

👉 Concernant les animations : nous n’avons jamais annoncé des animations cette saison sur Pitchup, ni sur notre site. Encore faut-il lire les informations correctement avant de réserver. Cela évite ensuite de fabriquer des attentes imaginaires pour mieux les critiquer.

Enfin, quitter un séjour plus tôt est votre droit. Mais venir poster un commentaire incendiaire en brodant des faits qui ne correspondent ni à la réalité, ni à la moindre vérification sur place, c’est assez révélateur : peut-être que le problème ne venait pas du camping.

Concernant les sanitaires, vous avez tout à fait raison: certains blocs, bien que fonctionnels et entretenus chaque jour, mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Cela fait d’ailleurs partie des améliorations prévues.

Tyckte om A very spacious pitch. The toilet block was clean and the reception staff helpful.I did not use yhe pool so I cannot comment other to say it looked very nice. The restaurant/bar was a 20 minute walk however well worth it especially the fish in a tomato sauce.
