Each Treehouse has a private hot tub on the hill-side, 180o of floor-to-ceiling windows, super-king-size bed underneath a star-gazing pyramid roof light, sumptuous bathroom and an elevated wrap-around deck. Adults Only, No Pets or Children Scots Pine Treehouse Surrounded by centuries old scots pine trees, The Scots Pine Treehouse is accessed via a secret archway and bridge through the trees. Setting a high standard in self-catering accommodation, our 2 Treehouses are on similar lines to a luxury hotel suite - perfect for a romantic get-away, special occasion or just simply to 'get away from it all' and chill out in a stunning location. The interior consists of a large open plan bedroom/living space including: - Super-king size bed below a vaulted ceiling and glass pyramid rooflight allowing you to lie in bed and star-gaze - Lounge area with comfortable seating, Freesat TV and DVD. Free Starlink wifi throughout - Dining area - Wood-burning stove with a free supply of logs - Large floor to ceiling windows to 3 sides with stunning river & mountain views - Patio doors open out onto a wraparound deck which floats high above the hillside, with access to your own secluded hillside hot tub, BBQ and seating area, with views up to the Cairngorm Mountains. - The luxury bathroom has a double-ended freestanding bath with strategically placed windows to allow you to enjoy hillside views whilst taking a soak, walk-in rainfall shower, 'His & Hers' wash basins. - The separate kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge-freezer, separate wine fridge, oven & hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar. Silver Birch Treehouse The Silver Birch Treehouse is accessed through a private wall of logs then down a fairy-light lit track surrounded by silver birch and hazel trees Silverbirch Floor Plan Similar in layout and facilities to the Scots Pine Treehouse, but with some fun additions, including a bathroom bubble wall and extended decking area. Adults Only. Sorry no Pets or Children The large open plan bedroom/living area includes: - Super-king size bed below a vaulted ceiling and glass pyramid rooflight allowing you to lie in bed and star-gaze - Comfortable sofa to enjoy the views or watch TV. Free Starlink Wifi throughout. - Dining area - The kitchen includes fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven & gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The breakfast bar makes the most of the views north to the Cairngorms - The sumptuous bathroom has a double-ended freestanding bath with 'water-blade' tap, large walk-in rainfall shower, 'his & hers' wash basins and a feature bubble wall. - 180o of floor to ceiling windows make the most of the stunning views in the living area and patio doors open out onto the wrap-around deck with outside dining area. - The private hot-tub is accessed via a spiral staircase from the deck, then through an arched hedge-way, into a secluded spot to enjoy the amazing views. Shepherds View, Our Luxury Shepherds Hut. Experience a romantic break away at our traditional but luxurious, Shepherd’s View shepherds hut with its very own private hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite shower room, comfortable sofa and wood-burner for cosy nights in! Sleeping 2, Shepherd’s View is our bespoke designed shepherds hut, situated in an elevated position giving beautiful views to the south and east across the neighbouring farmland, Blackwater River and the hills of Glenshee. Shepherd’s View is also next to our large pond which is teeming with wildlife and attracts a large number of birds. Shepherd’s View (which at 22ft x 8ft is slightly larger than most) has a double bed with luxury mattress, en-suite shower-room with electric shower, loo and wash-basin, fold-away dining ledge & stools, snuggle sofa, freesat TV, electric heating and a wood burner for romantic evenings. The perfectly formed kitchen area includes a built-in microwave, standard size fridge with small freezer compartment, induction hob, kettle and toaster, as well as a good selection of cooking and dining equipment. We have Starlink WiFi installed in Shepherd's View. With plenty of windows and a fully-glazed door, you can let the light flood in and enjoy the views whether you are inside or out. Outside, Shepherd’s View is surrounded by its own private garden area with a hot tub for 2, Weber charcoal BBQ, comfy seating and a picnic bench for alfresco dining. There is private parking for 1 car immediately behind the shepherds hut. All bedlinen, towels, spa towels and robes, logs and kindling for the wood-burner and electric used is included within your holiday price. We are sorry but pets and children are not accepted in Shepherd’s View.
