Thanks for your feedback on the toilet blocks, we have 2 which have been recently renovated, we have an additional family shower block which we open during particularly busy times behind the laundrette.

Tyckte om Bathroom facilities were kept very clean and well maintained.
Pitches were of a good size and the whole site was also tidy and well maintained.
Bins were collected very frequently so they were never overflowing or smelling.
View of the sea and Paignton from our pitch in field 3 was great
Entertainment team, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was always a good laugh and had some really good external acts

It's not always easy in August when we're full to keep the toilet blocks clean and tidy, but our team work really hard and they do an incredible job! Tyckte om Our pitch number, 141, had a lovely seaview. The park is surrounded by seaview, which makes this place special The shared showers and toilets were well equipped (hair dryer, powerful showers, mirrors with lights).and we're cleaned frequently. You could see staff every day who maintained a good standard and cleaners.

You can find robust, high quality and in good condition gym equipments in the gym. I personally used the bike and rowing machine, and there were separate weights for weight lifting too.

The fish and chips from the restaurant, the takeaway outlet and the outdoor swimming pool were big hits with my children.

Tyckte inte om During our stay, the children's evening entertainment was more geared towards to a younger audience, age below 9. My girls didn't find it appealing.

Glad you were able to get a work out in while you were away, our gym is small but perfectly formed with some great equipment.
Happy to hear that the children enjoyed the restaurant, takeaway and outdoor pool - the kids eat free promotion is a great discount at the moment!
I will pass on your feedback regarding the entertainment to the team - we work hard to give a varied programme to suit all and I'm sure they'll factor this in to future planning to see what they can offer for older children.

Tyckte om Plenty of things to do enjoyed bingo and family entertainment. The food at the jetty was excellent Inc the carvery.
And the view across the bay is amazing

Tyckte inte om The showers were a bit to hot especially for the hot weather didn't feel refreshing and my 5yr old boy didn't like how sharp it hits.
Some of the pitches aren't level we needed more blocks than we had for our stands.

Tyckte inte om The family next to us smoking drugs smelt horrendous reported to lady on the door at bar, travellers on site felt very uneasy and not safe didn’t go far as didn’t want to leave belongings

Tyckte om Clean site. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool and used the arcade.
Youngest enjoyed the evening entertainment.
Dog friendly in most of the areas.

Arrived to find our payment via pitch up didn't transfer to the site, so they cancelled our pitch. Reservations team and reception were really helpful and put us up in a lodge with no additional costs. Lodge was clean and well presented. Great sea view and had a hot tub.

Tyckte inte om Not much during the day for kids as they didn't want to do the arcades all day and plus I don't have a bank loan for it or swimming.
Cash machine wasn't free, but we took a short walk to local spar where it was.

WiFi didn't work in the lodge.

Thanks for your review - apologies again for the mix up in Reception on arrival, but I am pleased that we were able to complimentary upgrade you. Really pleased to hear that you found the staff friendly and helpful and enjoyed the outdoor pool and entertainment.
We try to have a range of activities on park during the day and into the evening, whilst also recognising that with such stunning surroundings and so many great attractions near by, guests may prefer to explore the local area. Sorry to hear that the wifi didn't work - I will contact our wifi providers to have a look into this.
