Tyckte om Location excellent, clean facilities although did not use the showers has used our own caravan. Bar and food on site good. We were on fully serviced, good pitch allocated on arrival which is a nice size.

Tyckte inte om Only one dislike is the electricity you have to download an app, scan QR code, didn't work for us, was sorted at reception. Came back after a day out and the electricity had gone off. Although again sorted at reception this could have ruined our freezer food.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the electric hook-up system. While we're pleased that our reception team was able to resolve both issues quickly, we understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly when you were concerned about the contents of your freezer.

Following feedback from guests, we have since made it much clearer during the setup process that the correct departure date must be entered into the app, as this determines when the electricity supply is scheduled to switch off. This has helped prevent similar issues from occurring.

Tyckte om Peaceful and a lovely area. Ben’s bar was a nice surprise. Take a way food excellent. Ate 2 night out of the four. Reception staff very polite and friendly.

Tyckte inte om I personally was not keen on the toilet/ bathroom arrangements. Although clean and tidy would prefer single sex facilities.

While our private bathroom facilities are individual lockable rooms, some are designated as male, some as female, and the remaining facilities are signed as unisex to provide flexibility and availability for all guests.
