A short walk from the caravan site will take you to the beautiful and historic village of Ashwell where you will discover the charms of the 14thC church and 15thC cottages. Please only use these recommended directions for the final approach and not SatNav, as this leads you through the village with very narrow roads which are unsuitable for towing. Leave the A1(M) at junction 9 onto the A505 (signposted Royston). Then follow the signpost Royston onto Baldock Bypass. In about 6.5 miles turn left at the second signpost Ashwell, Steeple Morden, Station; within 0.25 miles turn left into the road signposted Ashwell. The site is on the right in 1.5 miles. Note: do not turn off the first left (signposted Ashwell), this is a narrow bumpy road.
