Понравилось A little disappointed with our recent visit. We’re regulars and usually love this place, it’s everything we want, and we’ve always had excellent experiences, especially out of season. This time, however, some of the clientele let the atmosphere down. The toilets and facilities were left in a very poor state, and several people had their dogs off leads despite the clear signage and rules. It’s sad to see, as anyone visiting for the first time would get the wrong impression.

Понравилось Friendly welcome to the site, very efficient guide. Facilities were clean snd fresh looking, site was well maintained, great views. Road noise was minimal, great walks along the canal. Perfect location

Не понравилось Despite phoning The Old Bush to make a dinner reservation and check they were dog friendly, it was disappointing to note on entering they had 2 cats wandering freely in the restaurant. We had to cancel our dinner reservation, I'm asthmatic and have an allergy to cats. We booked the campsite because it was linked to a pub to enable us to have a relaxing dinner.

От менеджера: Really sorry but I did not know that we had to let people know we had cats? Perhaps you should of asked as you have an allergy? It is very common for country pubs to have cats for all the right reasons. makes me want to give up when reading reviews like this

Понравилось Clean flat pitches grass pitches, proximity to good food and beer

Не понравилось Cleanliness of toilets. Both myself and my husband found their could be improvement.

Понравилось Friendly welcome from the owner, organised facilities, lovely walks from the site. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Advantages of a pub next to site for delicious meals.
