От менеджера: Hi Carol, Thank you for your lovely review - sorry to hear that you had some issues with road noise. We will always do our best to move you if we can, and if you're thinking of coming back in the future, let us know if you have a favourite pitch in mind! От менеджера: Hi Carol, Glad you enjoyed your stay. Sue and Gary make a great team who run one of the best sites in Cornwall on Pitchup as all these reviews testify. Sue is the smiler and Gary is the enforcer who would do anything to help you out if you asked. Again, as testified by alot of our reviews. Glad you will visit again though so you can get to know him better.

От менеджера: Thank you so much for your lovely review, Carol. We're delighted you had such an enjoyable stay at Briarfields and particularly appreciated our toilet and shower facilities, as well as the size and privacy of your pitch. It's also great to hear our location worked so well for you. Having the regular bus service just outside the park makes getting into Cheltenham and Gloucester so easy and is a real bonus for guests who fancy leaving the car or motorhome behind. Thank you too for your fair comments about the road noise. Our convenient location does mean traffic can be heard at times, so we're especially pleased that it didn't detract from your overall enjoyment and, most importantly, wouldn't stop you coming back. Thank you for recommending Briarfields and for taking the time to share your experience. We look forward to welcoming you back for another stay in the future.
