Понравилось So friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a bit of an issue with the people we were visiting and the site manager was SO helpful - going above and beyond. The pitches are also spacious and the facilities are always very clean. The pitches are not the flattest - so make sure you bring a wedge with you.

Понравилось This is a lovely peaceful place to stay with large pitches. It is a bit of a walk to the facilities but not too bad. The facilities are a little tired and could do with a bit of TLC, but very clean. Next door is a lovely walled garden.

Понравилось Such a friendly site, very welcoming and helpful. The pitches are large, nicely spaced out and uncramped. It is well situated for the area around Dumfries House and the western coastline. Although the facilities were small, they were clean and well cared for with plentiful hot water. We would return here again if we were coming back to the area. Thanks Catrine House!

Понравилось It's nice being next to a pub - you can stroll up and order a drink or book a table for dinner. The views are great and the location suits us really well.

Не понравилось The service in the pub is not great - fairly blunt even borderline rude, and very slow.

Понравилось Very friendly and informative staff. The pitches are a good size and not too many together. Very easy to get over to Blackpool.

Понравилось The peace and quiet is a balm. The facilities are excellent and clean. Much thought has gone into useful supplies for pets and so on. And their Covid response is superb - we felt safe and secure. Will definitely be coming again.

Понравилось The location is unbeatable - your own beach in front of the door. It is also a small and quiet site. Perfect. And although a bit tired, the facilities were spotlessly clean.

Понравилось The peace and quiet - and the lively dawn chorus. Liked the take-out breakfast idea - a fry-up to go. Nice. The facilities were clean and warm with bags of hot water.
