Не понравилось Everything. Overcrowded,.dirty campsite. Dirty toilet and showers. Building site view we weren't told about. Couldn't wait to leave. Only go if you have children

Понравилось That were the only people staying at the car park at the time . Liked that we could arrive before 10.00pm

Не понравилось Just a car park in a pub. Nothing more than that. Very simular to a lay by on the motor way

Понравилось Liked the location and how clean and tidy the area was.

Не понравилось Disliked the disability area. No keg had to use a key pad which was too low down for me. Very hard to put code in when it's dark poor lighting in this area. Wash room was not cleaned during my stay

От менеджера: Thankyou for your review. We are really sorry that you had a few problems whilst staying with us. The key pad is at a level suitable for wheelchair users and there is a light above the door which I have looked back on our CCTV to make sure the light was functioning whilst you were here. The washrooms are kept spotlessly clean and are checked regularly throughout the day, everyday. Hopefully you will visit us again and your next visit will more comfortable. Regards Ginny

Понравилось Clean and tidy and staff at hand. Really liked the fact this was not a noisy camp . Which meant you were able to have a peaceful rest while having a busy day doing your activities

Не понравилось Disliked... I had a very small tenant and only took a small amount of space up. Very disappointment to find out I was being charged the same as a big tents with lost of people . Paid pounds for the weekend in small tent by myself . Other dislike shared showers Would stay again if I was with other people to share the cost but not on my own too expensive

От менеджера: you are charged for your pitch, and can put what you like within reason on your pitch, i assume your choice of tent is your preference ?..you would not have been charged the same as a tent with lots of people as they would have been charged additional for extra people...you have actually penalised us because of your choice of tent.....that's harsh...also another frustrating point is the shared facilities...surely if it such a problem for you,why did you book a site that has shared facilities ?..we advertise them....we are proud of them...and will not be doing anything other than shared facilities....it suits us and suits hundreds of families that stay with us...so again you have penalised us for the choice you have made..for anyone that is reading this review to make an informed choice....please don't book if you do not want spotlessly clean, large and plentiful shared facilities !
