Понравилось Loved the location it is next to a busy train line however the passing trains did not affect us in the least. The site is rural and set in a well maintained area. Quirky little restroom very well kept and meticulously clean. No showers but that wasn't a problem It has its own little signal box which was such a cute addition. The Gentleman who welcomed us onto site was very friendly and informative Pity it was just a stop over as we were travelling home from Cornwall back to Yorkshire...definitely a perfect half way stop. Thankyou for your hospitality

Понравилось Loved the location. Quiet and relaxing dog friendly The staff at The Rising Star are very warm and welcoming. As it was my birthday on the bank holiday we booked a table. The food is exceptional. We had an electrical hook up pitch and spent a lovey couple days here. Hot Showers, clean facilities. Due to Van trouble needed to stay another night as booked in to a local garage for repairs Neil Jasper motors not too far away. The landlord of The Rising Sun was so kind to put us up another night for free. Definitely mark this up as one to return to

Понравилось Spent a couple of nights at this lovely peaceful site, amenities pristinely clean. The owner welcoming and informative. A great base to explore the area

Понравилось Loved the rural campsite, scenery amazing, lucky with the weather. Close to Bamburgh and took advantage of an early morning swim in the sea watching the sunrise- perfect. Camped solo felt very safe Hosts welcoming and friendly

Не понравилось Only thing was not having acess to drinking water so take plenty bottled water.

Понравилось What can I say, as I child we spent our summers here every year...returning near on 50 years later to still feel this is the best place on earth!! Memories flooded back...and of course made new magical moments, crabbing swimming in the creek and the very best of the rest. The facilities clean the owners offering a warm welcome I shall return ❤️
