Понравилось This is a campsite of my dreams! Lots of space , good views all round and fantastic facilities. The owner/managers were so friendly and helpful delivering logs for the fire pit and checking on us regularly. The WC and showers are very well maintained and shower was hot and consistent. Additionally there was a sitting room with electricity for charging phones - ideal for our teenage children. The site is easy to locate although Road is narrow.

Не понравилось The site has a limited number of flat spaces, although in mid August at the weekend it was not at all crowded so we found space easily.

Понравилось This is such a well planned site, with lots of open spaces and even a dog walking circuit. The facilities were spotless and so well cared for. The showers in particular were spacious. I would highly recommend this site especially for tents.

Не понравилось I wish I’d had a tent instead of my campervan because the touring tent spots had a fantastic view, whereas campervan were accommodated with hard standing and grass with water and electricity that I didn’t need.

Понравилось What a lovely small family run campsite! Three toilets, hot shower and washing up and information covered area. Water was available at several points. The grass was well maintained, the pitches were flat and fire pits and wood available. Above all the unique hospitality of the owners was very much appreciated. Dogs and children were all well behaved and the pitches generously spaced out. The view was great too.

Не понравилось I had hoped to walk out more but there didn’t seem to be any clear footpaths, but a trek up the hill on the track that fords the stream is worth a climb for the view. In any case it was a heatwave so I didn’t want to walk out far. There was some lively activity from the neighbouring farm, but that may have been because it was half term. Otherwise it was lovely and quiet, not near any main roads. In fact there are only single track roads to the site, which some drivers might find tricky.

Понравилось À very practical and well organised site especially for tourers and those connecting to cross channel ferry or tunnel. Lovely reception - very accommodating towards us as we arrived very late.

Понравилось Swimming in the clear water of the lake Children enjoyed waterslide Spectacular view of mountains from the cafe and lakeside.

Не понравилось One toilet block quite old , other one much better, so worth planning your pitch position accordingly - arrive early! Main road noisy in some parts more than others. Mosquitos inevitable due to lakeside location Security of site is high level due to public access nearby

Понравилось Best site yet this holiday. Fab pitch secluded and flat. Pool was a luxury after a long drive and sanitation blocks are perfectly maintained. A very attractive site worth staying several days.

Понравилось Fabulous pitch - discreet and spacious. PSwimming pool very clean . Well maintained sanitary block and such a friendly reception. Very helpful manager. Super pizza and morning coffee. It all felt like a 4 star hotel.

Понравилось Loved the location and quietness. Very helpful person in charge. Toilets clean. Easy to locate site, but far enough away from Road. Very close to cafes and shops in tally y bont.

Понравилось What an idyllic spot. Right next to a typical mountain stream. Quiet. Toilets clean. Secure entrance gate. Minimal facilities which we like. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Не понравилось It would be a good idea to provide a washing up area to prevent the waste water from spoiling the otherwise very clean and tidy site.

Понравилось This is a faboulous site for families who want children to experience being back to nature. The site has large flat spaces and there was no sense of overcrowding at all. Children could play safely within the field. The nearby village is well worth walking into for its pubs and village stores. There was even a village fete when we stayed with music, BBQ and drinks tent in the recreation ground. There are children's swings and slides etc on the same recreation ground. One of the features most enjoyed by the children was the camp fire facility. All we needed to do was to collect sticks from surrounding hedgerows and we made a small fire in one of the fire pits provided at the site. Facilities are clean and basic - just what we like when camping. The owners even supply toilet rolls in the portaloos!
