Не понравилось Shame the nearby pub didn’t allow dogs or we might have been tempted. Did have a great meal in the next village The site is a work in progress but it didn’t affect us

Понравилось So peaceful, lovely scenery, no fuss or frills, exactly what we needed for our stopover. The best sleep in ages

Не понравилось Elsan disposal tricky to use. Hole in the floor could do with a wall around it to make it easier

Понравилось Very peaceful and spacious site in a lovely rural location. Dog friendly. Loved watching the horses Helpful and friendly owners Good to borrow a fire pit and be able to buy logs etc

Не понравилось Tricky dog walk not for the less agile, access via wobbly stepping stones, no path to follow, but dogs enjoyed a run round off the lead

It’s also great to hear you found us helpful and friendly, and made use of the fire pit and logs, that’s exactly what we love guests to enjoy. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding the dog walk. We do have stepping stones over the stream, and the surrounding woodlands are unpathed, making them ideal for guests who want to let their dogs off lead and explore freely. That said, as you’ve highlighted, the terrain can be uneven in places. We always recommend wearing wellies or walking boots (and trousers), as even in summer the woodland can remain wet underfoot.
