Понравилось Lovely little site with possibly the cleanest showers and toilets we have came across. A couple of pubs/Indian restaurant in the village an easy 25 mins walk for us mid 60 year olds by road (the main road has a pavement so no problem). EHU worked fine for us. Extra long hosepipe supplied to make filling up easier. We booked for one night but stayed for 2, happy days. Owners eager to note of any problems/issuses and feedback so I am pretty sure they are willing to listen and rectify if they think necessary. Would certainly stay again.

Понравилось Lovely site and site owner. We were totally self sufficient so no showers were not a problem and the portaloo was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. 15-20 mins walk to the nearest village which has a pub, Chinese takeaway etc. Would certainly stay again if in the area.

Понравилось Nice site with a large overspill area and upon viewing we would probably have preferred the overspill area as more space and away from the trees as we were pretty shaded and rely on solar panels, certainly not a criticism of the site just a personal preference. A lovely pub just a few strides away at the entrance of the site with a large outside seated area to watch the boats and ferry. Also a nice easy walk to Reedham with a picturesque front with a few pubs and cafes to visit.

Понравилось Everything. James was very helpful willing and always had time to chat, pitch was very tranquil small site but large pitch. Social club and fine dining Indian restaurant within 15 minute walk, we were very fortunate that bands and bbq was on all weekend as optional entertainment at the social club made to feel very welcome, plenty of wildlife to see while on site. Would definitely recommend and hope to return sometime.

Понравилось Everything ! Total peace and tranquility a little gem of a site with a slow moving river just a couple of yards away to add to the ambience but to be fair we were the only ones on site, we booked for one night but stayed for 3 ! Topcliffe village with 2 pubs both serving meals on certain days is within easy walking distance aprox 15mins. I would recommend adhering to the 6mtr length of motorhome as 4 of the 5 pitches are parking nose to tail so any longer may be difficult to park between others as well as turning round to exit the site, for us with our 7.5 mtr motorhome it wasn’t a problem as we were the only ones on the site. The site owners were polite and quickly replied to messages. Overall we would certainly stay here again should we be visiting the area, worth every penny of the site fee.

I would recommend adhering to the 6m length as 4 of the 5 pitches parking is nose to tail so longer vehicles could possibly struggle to park between others as turning round to exit may also be awkward but for our 7.5mtr motorhome it wasn’t a problem being the only vehicle on site. The owners responded politely and quickly by messaging if we needed any information. Also the slow moving river is just a matter of a few yards away which also adds ambience to this small but beautiful site. We would certainly return should we be visiting this area again.
