Не понравилось It didn’t seem like the non-electric pitches had allocated pitches and it was a bit of a free for all on where you pitched up. As a consequence, we had a family pitch up within a metre of us while we were out - their guy lines overlapped with ours. It made the last day of our stay really uncomfortable. This could and should be managed better.

От менеджера: Thank you for your feedback. We do allocate all our non-electric pitches and show guests where to pitch on arrival, so it’s certainly not intended to be a free-for-all! Unfortunately, some campers don’t always appreciate that the footprint of a tent includes the rather important matter of guy lines too — which can occasionally lead to a little unwanted neighbourhood expansion! Had we known about the issue while you were with us, rather than after you had left, we would have been very happy to step in and resolve the problem, as we do pride ourselves on ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. We’re sorry it made your final day uncomfortable and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Не понравилось Site has a slight slope. Composting toilets - occasionally left in an unfortunate state by inconsiderate campers not cleaning up their own mess.

Понравилось Lovely site with outstanding facilities. Only a stones throw from Llanddwyn beach. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to booking again.
