Понравилось Peaceful, plenty of wildlife

Не понравилось Better signage to elsan disposal which was open to the elements i.e. no lids at all. Pitch was full of ankle breaker holes 1 was 8 inches long and 6 inches deep. When I booked I was led to believe that the bar would be open 5/6 nights a week and the cafe 5/6 days. This was not the case when I arrived, the cafe was completely closed and the bar only open on Friday and Saturday, I feel that I should have been advised of this before arriving and given the opportunity to cancel without incurring any fees.

Понравилось Quite little site sizable pitches

Не понравилось Seems to have gone downhill since my last visit. 10 of the 15 pitches are now seasonal. The 5 touring are in the centre of the site which are devoid of any shade. Was on site for 7 nights with absolutely no contact from owner despite him living on site. Grass could do with mowing as it is full of dandelions and quite long

Понравилось Absolutely everything. Facilities immaculate, well stocked and lots of piping hot water. Extremely friendly staff. Sharon and David are amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Pizza Friday is a boon, we rarely eat pizza, but it was so good, we had them two weeks running. We've been caravaning for decades, and this site is in our top 3 sites EVER, and so easy to get to as it's just off of a 'A' road.

Понравилось Everything! Clean, spacious, friendly staff, lovely big and secure dog field. Services to pitch well maintained and user friendly. Chemical waste disposal clean and more than adequate. The fact there were no loos or showers didn't bother us in the slightest. Very close to Seahouses and all you'd need to have a comfortable stay. The ideal place for a peaceful relaxing holiday and we will definitely be booking here again.

Понравилось Peace, quite fantastic secure dog walk Enormous well labelled pitches complete with picnic bench. Facilities are basic but clean and well stocked but perfectly adequate

Понравилось A lovely clean site well laid out huge pitches with fresh water, waste and electric all at corner of every pitch so long hoses/leads not required. Each pitch has newly planted bushes that will offer more privacy as they grow. Incredibly easy access from M5, slight road noise but it never bothered us. Waste disposal and rubbish area is immaculate. Weston-super-Mare beach a short drive away along with all major supermarkets and plenty of eating/drinking facilities. Puxton farm shop - next door has a very good range of produce but is expensive. All in all a very clean and tidy little site, we will certainly be returning

Понравилось EVERYTHING! Welcoming owners & wardens. All the pitches are very generous, fully serviced, tidy & have a private feel. Lots of hedging, flowers and tall meadow flowers dividing the pitches. The toilets & showers are immaculate and well stocked at all times. The campers kitchen was clean, functional with the fridge/freezer contents checked daily. A lovely little summer house housing local information but also books, dvds and games for all ages. There is a small spinny where dogs can finally let their humans off of their leads, but only if there are no children playing. It does have lots of little areas for den building. The pitches are situated around the periphery of the site with a climbing frame, swings and open area for play in the middle of the site. The safety of children is clearly a priority as the entrance gate must be kept shut at all times. There is a firepit on each pitch and seasoned wood cost £5 a sack full. Bins are plentiful, including dog waste and metal Ash bins, which are emptied daily. All in all, a wonderful site, very well managed and run, close to shopping and amenities. We'll certainly be back, probably making multiple visits.
