Понравилось Last minute booking and we’re glad we made it. Very secluded and private site, with a great river walk for the dog and lovely facilities. Great flat pitches and fantastic help from the hosts. Great pub for food at the top of the road too, about a 5 minute walk away.

Понравилось Beautiful clean facilities. Likely more ideal for motorhome / van life / caravans.

Не понравилось We parked up ready to set our tentbox, and were instantly swarmed by flies. Our pitch was opposite reception, and I think given the location and trees it wouldn’t have been a comfortable stay for us. Unfortunately didn’t stay the night and found another site.

От менеджера: We are sorry you did not stay the night due to flies. We are not normally bothered with flies but we sometimes find flies are attracted to the hot engines of vehicles that have just arrived, especially if there is no wind. If you had waitied a short while until your engine cooled down I am sure the fly situation would have improved, or if you had spoken with Reception I am sure they would have tried to move you to a different pitch somewhere else on site.

Понравилось I cannot rate this place highly enough. We booked last minute after being let down by another campsite and Jonathan had the place made up and ready for us in around an hour. Absolutely stunning views of the North Sea direct from the pod, and a beautiful site. Jonathan has put a lot of work in building the pods and gardens himself and it shows. All bedding and towels were fresh, with added tea / coffee / sugar / fresh milk / fresh eggs in the pod to make our stay even better. Very impressive size, these types of pods can be quite unforgiving if you are tall but he has accommodated for anyone up to 6’6 to feel comfortable. All in all our only regret was not being able to stay longer! We will be back!

Понравилось Great location, with a great walk up the hills to the viewpoint of Loch Alsh below. 2 minute walk to the local SPAR great for picking up any extras needed. Food truck on site, we didn’t eat there but menu looked great, and open in the morning for coffee too.

Не понравилось Close proximity to main road, which was quite busy.

Понравилось Beautiful forrest hidden site. Nicely tucked away, we stayed in the bottom corner in the trees and it was so private. Fantastic facilities, great to have a combined toilet / shower for extra privacy.

Понравилось Beautiful site, great facilities, wonderful woodland walks all around. Close proximity to Smiddy farmshop which was fantastic, also had a food truck and ice cream van visit straight to site. Would 100% stay again.
