Понравилось We had such a lovely stay at Hidden Valley Park in Ilfracombe and, as first-time campers, we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The site is in a fantastic location, with Ilfracombe and the surrounding North Devon attractions all within easy reach, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. It was also brilliant having somewhere that was so welcoming to our four dogs. The facilities were honestly exceptional. I have never stayed at a campsite with facilities that were so incredibly clean. Everything was clearly very well cared for, which made such a difference, particularly as we were completely new to camping. We did have a bit of a mix-up with our reservation, we booked through Pitch Up, but Carol, the owner, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly accommodating, kind and understanding, and went out of her way to help us. As first-time campers, having someone so friendly and helpful made us feel really looked after and took away any stress from the initial mix-up. Sadly, we had to cut our stay short because of a family emergency, which was such a shame as we were really enjoying ourselves. Even though we were only there for a short time, we came away feeling that we had found somewhere special. Thank you so much to Carol for making our first camping experience such a positive one. We will definitely be back hopefully next time for a much longer stay! ❤️
