Понравилось Lovely quiet site. Plenty of space and didn't feel overlooked at all. Showers lovely and hot. Nice a close to the beach 10-15 min walk.

Понравилось Absolutely brilliant place! The owners are incredibly friendly and genuine, which makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Every morning at 8am, the kids get the chance to join the owner on the rounds, feeding all the animals and helping out—it’s such a special experience that they absolutely loved. The site itself is wonderfully peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and there are plenty of games by the lake to keep both kids and adults entertained. The fishing lake is lovely too, adding to the charm of the place. We had such a fantastic time and will most definitely be coming back!

Не понравилось Disappointing Motorhome Pitch! Upon arrival, my family and I were disappointed to find that the pictures showcasing the lovely green fields and grassy areas for children's play were misleading. Instead, we were greeted with a situation completely unexpected, as the motorhome pitches were nestled in a gravelly car park, quite a distance from the fields and areas for children to play, which were situated on the opposite side. Moreover, the grassy areas that were initially displayed in the photos with camper vans seemed to have faded into the background, replaced by an unwelcoming sea of gravel that only served to add to our sense of disappointment. Despite the young and friendly man who was present at the site, he was unable to resolve the issue at hand, leaving us to cope with the misrepresentation that had been put forward. We had 5 hour travel to arrive there and expected the description of the site to be more transparent as to reflect everything accurately so that visitors can be confident in their choice of accommodation. As we reached out to you about this issue, we had hoped for empathetic and understanding customer service, one that strives to ensure that all experiences with the company are positive. A gesture of a goodwill was offered to return £50 of our money of the £90 we spent on the booking and they would keep the remaining £40 of our money. We find the amount to be insufficient, with just £50 being offered, a sum that would not rectify the disappointment and disruption caused. My family and I were hoping to escape on a relaxing retreat, only to be met with dissatisfaction, and we hope that this situation would not have to repeat itself in the future. We suggest that the site's descriptions are more transparent with no room for discrepancies that lead to dissatisfaction for your future clients.

We had been expecting it following our discussion last week , where you made the comment " a bad review can cause a business like yours considerable damage " You made it clear that you wished for a full refund , but as we stated it is never our intention to EVER mislead guests or visitors and many of the pictures are those which our guests have actually taken and none of them show a play area or football pitch next to the gravel pitches. You did book an ELECTRIC GRAVEL MOTORHOME PITCH- and that is what we provided . In addition you did not actually stay , so why have you now tried to provide a negative and potentially damaging review on our site where you did not experience what we offer our guests . We do not wish to mislead anyone who comes to the ALLTIMATE VIEW, this is a unique location in a stunning part of Wales , it is unspoilt and we do not intend to turn our small farm into any type of commercial landscaped camping site . There are fields , ancient trees , wooded areas ,a small natural historic quarry, several footpaths , animals and chickens PLUS exceptional views . You comments to me were that you were disappointed that you could not watch your children play football from the comfort of your Van . We apologise for this , but we are conscious that other guests may come here for peace and quiet ,NOT to watch your children play - although we do welcome families and allow them the freedom to access our fields where they can run and play as much as they wish , whilst still allowing other guests to enjoy their pitches . So we do try and be considerate to everyone , and we regret that you were disappointed when you arrived at our site which was clearly not what you were looking for , but you were given what you booked and if you had actually stayed and taken a walk over the farm you would have seen all the unique advantages this site has to offer .
