Понравилось Friendly greeting, several beaches a short drive away, close to Newquay, cheap (as long as you don’t want electric).

Не понравилось No information on check in about where facilities are located other than ‘the shower block is on your left’. Wash up area looked a little sad. ‘Fresh’ water was not so - contained suspicious looking dirt. We did try 2 different taps but same result. Lots of seasonal / permanent residents which is a little off putting and makes the place look untidy in my opinion. Grass was too long.

Понравилось Friendly greeting, clean facilities, nice laid out site, pitches around the edges and a nice green in the middle. Small shop with essentials saved us for breakfast as we had forgotten to bring bread!! A fab pub 15 minute walk through a nice nature trail, avoiding the main road.

Понравилось We love this site! In such a beautiful place with sea views. The facilities are clean and well kept. The site is always clean and tidy.

Понравилось Owner greeted us on arrival, very friendly and helpful. Nice tidy site, facilities all clean and bright. For £10 the site provides a fire pit and wood which they deliver to your pitch for you.

Понравилось Lovely little campsite. Gorgeous views. Owner very friendly. Nice walk down to the river Avon. Facilities were clean.

Понравилось Quiet, nice views - can see Exeter cathedral. Eco-toilets which were clean. Shower facilities good.

Не понравилось Walking underneath the huge pylon to get to the showers. Only one sink for hand washing, tooth brushing etc - outside with no hot water feed.

От менеджера: Thank you for your review. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the pylon. We do not provide hot water for washing up due to being eco friendly and creating less environmental impact at the 3 sinks we have.

Понравилось Nice pitches, clean bathroom, good facilities, great customer service. Thank you to the staff working on Saturday 26 November. Our van broke down on the morning we were meant to leave and the staff were nothing but helpful. They booked out the pitch we were in for the day so there was no rush for us to leave, and checked that we were warm, comfortable and had food/drink availability. No complaints from them about us taking up the pitch for longer than we should and no charge for the extra time we were stuck there… so grateful!!

Понравилось Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Food in the pub was delicious and reasonably priced. Camping fields were lovely, albeit close to a main road - they provide free ear plugs if this is something that would bother you (it didn’t us).

Не понравилось Couldn’t find bin point. Staff are not particularly friendly or welcoming.

Понравилось Shower and toilet blocks clean, tidy and close to pitches. Views were stunning. Owners were friendly and helpful upon our arrival.
