Понравилось Like many of the sites we visited during our recent trip, this site was very quiet but all facilities, including the beautiful pool, were operational - a big plus, particularly when the temperature was running in the mid 30s. Great size pitches with spotlessly clean facilities. We enjoyed visiting the area and in particular enjoyed canoeing on the River Vezere at Saint Leon Sur Vezere (with Canoe APA) - about 30 minutes drive away.

Понравилось Friendly welcome from the owners both on arrival and in the bar area at night. Great size pitches and given that we were early in the season, we were able to choose the one we liked. Well located for exploring the Cele and Lot valleys including a visit to the Grotte to Peche Merle and also St Cirque la Popie - both of which I would highly recommend. Nice to see that the aforementioned bar was open during our stay, even though we were early in the season - with a good selection of beers and wines.

Понравилось Warm welcome on arrival, great size pitch, spotlessly clean facilities with some of the best showers we have used on a campsite. Sadly, we only spent 2 nights (1 full day) here so didn't get enough opportunity to explore but would certainly like to come back to this region and see some more of the stunning scenery that the campsite is set within.

Понравилось Friendly hosts, good sized pitches with stunning views. Spotlessly clean facilities and a good selection of beers/wines in onsite shop. Good walks from site and easy access to all parts of the Forest of Dean.

Понравилось Well managed site, good sized pitches, spotlessly clean facilities and some good walks from the site. Great communication from Jason who was always around to provide information regarding the site and its surroundings. Felt like a proper back to basics site without having to dig your own latrines!

Понравилось Clean, tidy, decent sized pitches, no loud music, breakfast baps.

Не понравилось Having to pay for showers, would rather pay a bit more for pitch and have it included
