A lane alongside the site goes down through the woods, through the botanic gardens, down to the coast, or take the lane up to the main road for bus connection. Toilet and showers were immaculately clean and the site is lovingly kept with beautiful gardening. Ticked every box for me so i booked to stay longer.

You can book a fire place that’s made out of an old washing machine and you can even ask for a grill to go on top and you can go for your food on that which is what we did. It was really amazing. Hot showers on a timer without having to rush. USB ports in shower block, and free Wifi near store. Entry code quietly opens a gate onto the site, which makes it private, and I felt safe. Near to Menai Bridge, Ysbyty Gwynedd (just a 15 min walk if visiting) and Treborth Garden Centre where there is a nice cafe. Very good price. Set back from the main road. A pleasingly peaceful place I shall like to return to.

Не понравилось: Level of service was poor. On arrival couldn't access the site through barrier as there was no-one answering the phone number so had to walk in and ask a workman. Different phone number on reception door for help. Told no WiFi then neighbours said yes there was and gave us the password! ...showers spilt into main wash area instead of the tray and changing space was limited. Urinals hadn't been cleaned properly for some time. Only two toilets for what is a very large site ... fortunately it was quiet when we were there

• Site Access & Contact: Our phone number is displayed on the gate for arrivals. As a small, family-run park, we kindly ask guests to be a little patient — we may be assisting other visitors or working around the site, but we always do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
• Facilities: Cleanliness and upkeep are very important to us, and we’re proud of the positive feedback we consistently receive for our toilet and shower facilities. We check and clean them regularly, and we’re sorry if your experience didn’t reflect our usual high standards.
We always appreciate constructive feedback, and we use it to keep improving the experience for all our guests.
