We’re a small holiday park with over 50 seasonal caravans on site, and our photos on Pitchup clearly show the layout and style of the park, so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. At this time of year (end of season), some seasonal caravans are empty during the week, which can make the park feel quieter than usual.
We’ve never had this issue before — most of our guests actually love the peace and quiet the park offers. Our grass pitches are generally flat, and we’ve not received complaints about the footpaths previously, but we’ll still take your comments on board.
We’re pleased you found our staff friendly and the location convenient for Menai Bridge and Anglesey.

Thanks for your review. We’re pleased you enjoyed the location — it’s hard to beat for sightseeing around Snowdonia!
We did smile at a few of your comments. Just to clear things up — the park wasn’t abandoned, nor did the staff “vanish.” We actually have two site managers on park, plus a maintenance and grounds team who were here keeping everything running smoothly. So even if one or two of us managed to escape for a few days of sunshine (lucky us!), the park was fully looked after the whole time.
As for the toilets — yes, they can sometimes look a bit “lived in” when the park is full, but they’re cleaned and checked regularly. We’ve had no reports of anything broken, though we’re always happy to fix anything if needed.
We’re a small, friendly park and only take bookings for the electric hook-ups we actually have — so no surprises there either.
We welcome all feedback, but next time we go on holiday, we’ll be sure to send postcards rather than have it mentioned in a review! 😉
