In terms of facilities, we have two clearly marked bin disposal points, two toilet blocks, and two utility areas specifically for washing dishes. All of these are visible and accessible, and our facilities are cleaned twice daily to maintain high standards.
The bin areas are located in plain sight, directly ahead as you drive onto the park. Despite this, bin bags were left around vehicles during your stay, which is against site rules as it attracts pests.
Our reception is staffed during the listed hours, although there may be brief times when staff are attending to duties elsewhere on the park.
We are committed to providing a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests. We are sorry if your experience did not meet your expectations, but your description does not accurately reflect the facilities or service we provide.
