Location, Location, Location - in the middle of everything that you want to see in North Wales roughly 15 to 45 min drive from campsite.
Very friendly staff. Lots of space you can pitch in very secluded area or let's say near to civilisation. And if you missing any supplies tesco is 4 minutes away by car.

Showers didn't have family rooms

Having Alpaca welcome us at the gate won my Grandson (9) over immediately and we hadn’t even seen the pitch yet! Lush green grass and the choice of where to set up was lovely. Friendly staff/managers/owners. Main bathroom near the office has well maintained toilets, showers & free use of hair dryer. Old toilet block needs upgrade but still usable. Clean well cared for site A+

Minor dislike — Pot wash area!
Sinks too low, no hot water & no roof
So if it’s raining you will get soaked whilst washing up in cold water & breaking your back bending over :)
Minor issue — Main bathroom!
Needs yellow **caution hot water** sign above sinks

The site was secure , loved all the trees and greenery around, very tidy, staff lovely and so helpful, toilets clean
Space great around the site

Showers not enough of the site was full and they leak into the toilets so always wet and going hot to cold
No hot water to wash dishes
No motorhome dump
Only very few hardstanding pitches have water but pitch in shows pitches for you to
Pitches not very level

All in all a great site and we had a good time, you can see they are doing changes and building new facilities which will enhance the site

Treborth Hall Farm Caravan Site is an excellent site for all! Lovely welcoming. Site is secure! Pitches are big! Facilities are clean. Playground on site which was a big plus! Plug sockets / usb sockets available. There was a fridge freezer although freezer didn’t work it was still colder than being in our cool box so great help for storing food! Location is great, we walked in to Bangor via the beautiful Botanic gardens and then on to the stunning Menai bridge, then the coastal path to Bangor Pier. Fire pits avail to hire although we didn’t because weather wasn’t great. We will be back and would recommend!!

Front of house staff very helpful when first arrived

Entrance to site is electric gate that you have to call a number , great of you have signal .
Shown several locations to set up camp , choose one , had very cold poor flow rate shower in small toilet block ( avoid ) started cooking late tea for my daughter and I, 9-10 pm only to be confronted by an angry chap in Range Rover , stating I was in his neighbours caravan pitch and had to move now !!!
Confused and daughter upset , we left the site , not returning to complete our booked days

Large campsite, close to menai bridge and beaumaris . Clean shower and toilets plenty of space to pitch a tent away from others if you want peace and quiet.

Lovely well kept camping field, easy access to electricity & water. Clean facilities. In easy walking distance to Menai Bridge.
Plenty of space between pitches.
Extremely friendly and welcoming reception from the manager

Washing up area was a bit grubby with no hot water, toilets ran out of toilet roll and no dry area to put clothes & towels etc whilst showering, just one small hook on the door.

1. Could pick your own pitch (it was fairly quiet when I stayed so there was also plenty of space to park alongside the pitch)
2. Quiet considering how close it is to a main road
3. Toilet and shower facilities excellent
4. Friendly staff patrolling the site/regularly maintaining facilities
5. Secure
6. Value for money
7. Nice walk nearby to the botanical garden, easy access to other attractions in the area

1. Couldn't find a washing up area
2. Check in was confusing - to get in through the gate you need to call a number for the code, but there is no phone signal in this area!

Fantastic experience, Every member of staff we met were very helpful, could not do enough to help Myself and partner. John and Eddie especially, really appreciated their help. Shower rooms and toilets very clean. Will certainly refer the accomodation to family and friends. Certainly visit you in the very near future. Thank you.
