Despite this, our team kindly allowed you onto the park around 9:00 PM — well beyond the usual hours — without any issue. To then receive a 1-star rating for customer service feels extremely unfair.
When a review like this comes in with across-the-board low scores and no attempt to engage with staff, it unfortunately looks more like a deliberate attempt to damage our reputation than a fair reflection of your experience.
