That we were told one place then was told to move round the concer so there was a gap between us
The ground was uneven and due to this issue and injury was caused.
The toilets were not the cleanest and over all over price. I used the dry witch cost me 9 pound to dry two children outfits witch is very expensive.
That you couldnt take your own firer bin and had to use there with a charge very much all about the cost witch let it down a bit

Where to start… cleanliness of the toilets etc wasn’t consistent at all…Sometimes very good, others poor. Dogs were off lead and another dog came running up to mine and lunged at him.. despite the owner walking with the off lead dog (no rule enforcement?) The ground itself wasn’t the best. We were put on a slope with 2 trenches that ran between us all which at some point caused us all to fall over and have injuries-a big health and safety hazard. If we had known how poor the ground was we wouldn’t have booked. The pictures are not an accurate representation of the site. All of the prices were extortionate, the food van, shop, clubhouse. The maintenance man seemed to like scowling and staring at all of our party…

Lynn was the host with the most nothing was too much trouble for her, she was very attentive and kind and caring! The bingo was great although expensive for 3 games! Maybe a few more games in the book but it was a laugh! The stagger inn is only a short distance too so it was good to be close!

The on site shop had everything you need and the food van too!

WiFi was brilliant able to connect and stream no issues!

The field was extremely unlevel, which was dangerous, and this needs addressing “we refered to these long holes as trenches as they were long and deep” I actually fell over which caused me to twist my ankle and hobble around which ultimately effected our time in the camp site, this also went through the area we pitched up as we we’re in set pitches, so it was a pain for our camping set up too,

The showers and toilets aren’t very clean (see photos) also you have to press the shower button every 5 seconds which you expect at a festival not a campsite. However a lot of the mess is from other campers, maybe they could be checked more frequently.

Picnic benches free to use was a nice added bonus!

Another improvement would be family shower rooms or make the showers and toilets unisex not make or female.

Pitched close to toilets / shower block which was good, nice site with food van and also the stagger inn pub on adjacent site a very short walk away, friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff.

Cleanliness and so very neat and tidy. Loved our two nights here.

Nice clean facilities, kids play area visible from most areas of site so you can watch the kids from your pitch, and lovely grounds, lake, cannel for walking in the immediate area. We were very nicely surprised by the services available on site for such a small site, there is a small shop, kiosk serving food and a pub with entertainment in the evening. We didn’t get a chance to go to the pub as were only on a one night stay. The owners were friendly and helpful, we will definitely be using this site again when in Cheshire.

Couldn’t think of anything to dislike.

We had an amazing time at Sunnyside… kids made lots of friends and our hosts made us all feel welcome from the minute we arrived.

Quiz, Bingo and Colouring competitions were great at the Stagger Inn, atmosphere was brilliant - everyone was friendly and the dogs got on well with each other.
