Не понравилось: This little site has the potential to be really nice it just needs time and money spending on it. Because the owner doesn't live on site you have to find your own pitch. The track through the site was very muddy, gravel would have prevented this. There was only gravel for the hardstanding. There was only 1 toilet and 1 shower for each sex on the touring side and i'm affraid to say they need a good clean and updating. Cobwebs on the ceiling looked like they had been there fof a while. There is nowhere to hang your clothes because the site was muddy the floor in the toilets got really bad. There was no stand in the shower for toiletries. We never saw the owner/warden in the 2 nights we stayed. Allthough the site was adults only we saw a small child playing football with an adult on the grass. There were other property/ businesses at the top of the lane so there were always cars going up and down.

Martin the owner does live on site but also runs a horse transport business so isn't always available on a weekend ( this will have been the cars coming up and down, there are also 5 other properties up the lane).
Unfortunately we don't have a reception/warden as we are a small site it doesn't really warrant it so I do try and make sure people know what number pitch they are on and also put a slate sign with your name on at the back of the pitch, unless its a late booking then that is not possible as I do not live on site.
The toilet/shower facilities are cleaned every day but unfortunately we can not control the weather and as part of the site is new then yes it does get a bit muddy.
I can only imagine the small child you sore playing football was Martins son as he was with his father for the weekend.

Site is well maintained, toilets are clean and are short walk from wherever you are pitched! I didn’t use the showers as we have one in our caravan but it looked clean enough.
Sheep beside the site were nice to watch when sitting outside our van with a glass of wine!
