Stayed here for the night with my son who is currently at Cattrick Garrison so a great location for us to have a night together. Walked out to both local pubs which are close by. Fantastic food and service in the Farmers arms.Clean toilets and peaceful site. No wifi but decent 4g on our mobiles

Not really a dislike but until the EHU amp is raised either have a 6amp kettle or cook / kettle on gas.
Maybe it should be a reflection in the price?

Nice and quiet

We arrived and our name wasn't on the board to let us know what pitch we were on. We rang - no answer so we chose our own pitch. The electricity supply is only 6 amps and we couldn't even boil the kettle with all other electrical appliances off! It mentioned that the site was 6 amps but as we have never been on a site with such a mean supply, we didn't realise the implication of that. We paid (which I thought was expensive at the time of booking) £35 per night for electrical hook up! We have paid less for far more electricity/facilities/helpful owners. What made it worse was there was only one ladies toilet and shower and they were in the same room so if the shower was being used, you couldn't use the toilet. I saw 19 pitches indicated on the board as we came in so insufficient facilities anyway. Although the room was heated it was full of dusty cobwebs and if that doesn't say that it wasn't cleaned, I don't know what does.

Quiet and peaceful site. Plenty of space between pitches. A very pleasant stay. 10 minute walk to local shop and Pub which served good food and was dog friendly.

Would have been good to have some information on local walks as we did not know the area. I did ask a lady along track from site and she very kindly gave me directions to a couple where we could exercise our dog.

toilets and showers nearest our tent was made of wood and there were always several or more spiders, including on the roof above the shower, I was unable to shower in here during my stay and disliked using the toilet immensely

We absolutely loved our stay at millfields. Great location not too far from Richmond and plenty of great walks for the dogs. Only a short walk to the pub too which was dog friendly. I never had to wait for a shower or the toilet if I went to use the onsite facilities. We would definitely return.

Lane at the back of us was used more than expected maybe something to do with solar plant? Some farm traffic but expected due to harvest time. It didn’t ruin our stay.

Lovely clean site spotless in fact ,heated toilets/showers, there is 2 sets opposite end of the site to each other .
Nice views of horses in the field next door, lovely people were staying same time as us and it was very quiet ,nice walks for dogs ,

There was nothing to dislike

Lovely peaceful site (a little road noise from afar). Toilet block was modern and clean. Only two showers for men which may be a problem in busy season. Grass kept well mown. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of room for children to run around and let off steam.
