Dear Anonymous, i am so sorry you had these issues however unless these things are brought to my attentioon whilst you are on site i cannot help or rectify the issue. We had an exceptional amount of dogs on site this weekend due to there being a large dog show locally and we do hope that that the majority were responsible owners. we do walk around and look as much as we can and i did go and look after this review and found absolutely nothing. As for the gentleman peeing out of his campervan door we do apologise however as you were non electric and in one of our two fields and also anoniymous I could not work out who the culprit may have been as it is free pitching there. If this had been brought to my attention i would most definitely had a word.

Thank you for your review, as you did say yourself it was a last minute booking and due to the fact we have had condinuous rain untill this weekend and the fact we are an all grass pitch we had to move people around to make sure they were in suitable areas for the type of vehicle they were camping in. As it was we had quite a few with problems getting onto their pitches. We chatted when you arrived and you explained you were first timers so i said i would try and find you a pitch that would be easy for you to manoever into. Which I did and you parked up perfectly.
We are an all grass pitch and apart from busy weekends we like our customers to choose a pitch for themselves. This was the first time we had designated set pitches for people and they were shown to each pitch personally. Much more friendly than saying you are on pitch x y z and leave you go find your pitch and fend for yourself.
