The welcome, shown to our pitch, where everything was located. Nice big pitches, clean showers, staff were super friendly, pool was great, booking process easy, laser tag was hilarious! Loved the site!
Slip & slide didn’t manage to do, but plenty to do onsite.
Teen den is a little outdated, but still fun.
Didn’t use outdoor pool as was raining but looked great!

The location was great, excellent customer service and friendly campers made our stay memorable.
Ideal base if you want to have the freedom to drive and visit some of the best beaches in Cornwall.

Swimming sessions always fully booked: Could not book a swimming session for my family during our stay.

Friendly informative welcome. Allowed us to pitch early which was a great welcome after 5 hours travel.
Clean environment on site overall (naturally cannot expect the site to be responsible for some other guests choices).
Very frequent wash facilities cleans (again some guests have different levels of respect than others).
Great facilities overall on site for both adults and children.
Swimming included and great booking system.
On-site pub served lovely meals/snacks, and had an excellent choice of drinks both alcoholic and nonalcoholic.
Cafe in the activity centre was lovely also and friendly staff.
All food and drink were reasonably priced.

Slip and slide being on the campsite was excellent.
Easy to use laundry facilities if required.
Children's play areas were fab.
No issues at all at night.
Dog friendly and made to feel welcome at all times. (Lovely treats given at the on-site pub).
Great distance from Newquay for easy access.
Park and ride 10 mins down the road for use also.

Overall as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children aged 6 and 14) along with our little pooch, we had a great time at Atlantic Reach. It’s was a great base for exploring and also a lovely atmosphere when staying on site.

Would have been great if the outdoor pool was heated.
Bus service from the site would be a great option to have.

Easy to get to and great location to Newquay.
Good sized camping pitches and facilities some of the cleanest we’ve ever seen!
Fab leisure facilities, was worried about the booking online within 2 days but able to book no problem.
Lovely helpful staff throughout the resort.

Brought the Wi-Fi access but wouldn’t bother- really poor signal (Watergate field) and kept kicking me out so a waste of money.
Takeaway cafe closes at random times so watch out if planning this for your evening meal!
Didn’t eat at the pub- small and dark, had a very expensive ice lolly though!!!
Don’t bother with the slip n slide….no safety advice, dangerous slippery steps and poor slide. The one near Truro is far superior.

Amazing place, all staff very friendly, the lady who are in reception was very, very welcome, she was able to move my friend to a picth close me, no words to describe her welcoming... Nice inside pool, unfortunately was raining so we didn't enjoy out side pool but nice, clean and big...
Hope we can back in nice weather...

Great campsite, level pitches. Friendly staff, nice pools and bar, close to amenities and beaches.
Having the slip n slide on site was fab! Second time staying here and would definitely return.

The Hut (shop) wasn't anywhere near as well stocked as last year, for people camping there were no essentials, things like bacon/eggs/hygiene products etc.
The takeaway ran out of food, which if the site is fully booked (boardmasters weekend) it stands to reason its going to be busy and ordering should have been a bit more thought out.
