The site was very easy to find, the staff on arrival were lovely and welcoming , showed us to where we was staying, couldn’t be any easier, the site is kept very clean and tidy & there is loads to do on site too! Would 100% be coming back with our dogs!!!

The lovely staff who checked us in on the campsite, were very friendly and knowledgeable! And always on hand to help! The toilet and shower block were very clean and lovely to use! Felt like a home from home on the campsite!

The park itself was huge which was a great relief. We were really pleased with the pitch (18). It was an end pitch and slightly bigger than the others. The road was nearby but it had no effect on us at all the noise was minimal unless it was a motorbike or HGV (which was minimal).
All the staff were great! All friendly and polite. Special mention to the lady who checked us in. I had forgotten my gas burners and she called around to see where I could get some! That was service. The gentleman who showed us to our pitch was a proper laugh!!
The toilet and washing facilities were exception and their cleanliness was amazing!! No flip flops needed to shower in there!
The outside play equipment was fine for an 8, 4 and 3 year old. Though from an adult perspective it looked a little tired.
The pool was good. Nice and warm, but it was literally just a pool and a paddling one for smaller children.

The Manor Arms was nothing of particular comment. Although a lovely building, I was expecting something more. The food was fair bland. The bar was well stocked though. The lighting in the restaurant area was very dim though.
Play equipment for children was fine but it needed updating somewhat. The crazy gold had certainly it seen better days. It was £4.00 each and just was not worth the money.
The “shop” was anything but. They did a nice pasty and a coffee but that’s it. The shelves were empty and on closer inspection it seemed that unless you wanted Cornish made, very overpriced peanut butter or chocolate spread, then you were not catered for. There was some bread, milk and that was it. That was extremely disappointing because the schlep down to Morrison’s (though only 4 miles) took 30 minutes or more due to traffic.
The cafe was okay. And I do mean just okay. The pizzas looked great but their flavor was overpowered by the tomato sauce on them. So if there is nowhere else to eat then the cafe and the pub will satisfy and empty stomach but not the tastebuds.
The website made it look like it was going to be amazing, but it just wasn’t. I can’t rate it any higher than “okay”. So when looking at the website for it, just bear in mind that the pictures are what it “could be” rather than an accurate representation of what it is.

This is a great campsite if you have small children and you like lots of noise! The facilities are great and the location to Newquay is wonderful as long as you have a car, toilets/showers always clean.

The noise, no “roads” just mud, not enough hard standing pitches, speeding cars, Kids screaming, rubbish everywhere, no warden presence.

Site had lots of extra activities 2 x pools, gym, water park tennis etc.

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of actives to choose from. Swimming indoor or outdoor Great pitch. Which can be booked day before or on the morning. Lazier tag, teen games room and they do have crazy golf, needs some repair on most holes but didn’t stop us having fun! Toilets/showers cleaned day and night. All the staff were very welcoming. You received plenty of info regarding places to get takeaways from. They do have local pub situated on the grounds. The food was very good. The only thing I found disappointing was the shop/hut. You couldn’t buy any bread or milk. It barely stocked anything of necessity, which was a shame. Local shops about 5/10 minutes away in car.
