Staff engaging and very approachable if we had an issue.

This place is nothing like it looks when you look on the website it is very scruffy and dated,, we stopped on the Watergate Bay field and the gents toilet and shower block was just basically a shed, last four days one of the toilets was out of order, bear in mind they are only two toilets in that particular part of the shed.
Washing up area you can break your neck on the type 1 roadstone which they have used as a floor,The Eleanor point blocked and overflowing on many occasions, as for the dog walking area by the time we actually got to it because it is right at the end of the campsite the dog had already done its business on its way, on that point there is no pathway to the dog walking area you have to either walk on the road or on the road along with the cars coming and going, the area isn't even fenced off so if your dog accidentally slipped its lead it will be straight on to the main road. I would say this campsite is average at the best and not worth the nearly £1000 we paid this site could be nice but it needs major investment, I'm afraid to say we will not be stopping here again and we spoke to quite a few people on this site who said exactly the same thing, the stuff deserve a medal for working here because no doubt they will get the Brunt of people's complaints, I hope the people who own this site get their finger out and get it up to standard.

the space you get for your tents with electric and water near by . toilets , showers , bin store every where so clean . the helpful staff when you arrive and taking you to your plot without the worry of finding it off a map . bar staff helpful and smiley.

indoor swimming pool staff very unprofessional , man spoke very quietly no one could hear him and after 5mins told us we been in for our time , not realising we only seen him 5 mins ago at out slotted time . life guard should be there !

We had a fabulous time at this resort. We travelled with a 10month old, 6,11 & 12 yr old. All the kids had a wonderful time. Plenty for the bigger kids to do and plenty of space for them to play. The indoor swimming pool was fantastic!
The family bathroom was exactly what we needed and always clean.
The toilet block was always well maintained and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly! Huge thank you to all the staff for always doing there best and helping with any requests.
We will be returning to this campsite, the location was great and was easy to get to other local areas/beaches.

Could do with possibly some small solar lights around the pitches. Not much light when it gets dark and the kids still want to play.

This resort was central to many places and convenient as a base.
It had the regular availability of the gym and lots of open space.
This was a very suitable space for children with access to SO many different things such as mini golf, slip and slide and the play park with lots of areas door ball games, kites and others.
The shower and toilet blocks were clean. The showers were powerful and offered space to hang things and change.

Not being informed about the booking system for the swimming pool upon booking.

Nothing what the website described only stayed one night then left went to another camp where they had a proper clubhouse lots of things to do for all the family

Booking for the pool was a pain as only a few time slots available and go quickly on sunny days.. . it’s was frustrating to see the pool almost empty but you can’t go in as it was fully booked. You had to plan your day around your pool slot.. it would be nice if both pools were open later

The restaurant and the hut ran out of food on two separate occasions

The site itself was lovely, the swimming pools were great and the pub did good food and drink. The kids loved the play areas and the mini golf.
The showers were fantastic and kept really clean, by a really lovely team. I would highly recommend the site, if it wasn’t for the wardens.

The “wardens” on-site were unfair and cruel to the children. There are no signs to say “no ball games” on the grass area at the front of the site, yet the children were shouted at and even sworn at. We were pitched up at the front and had eyes on the children the whole time, some children as young as 4/5 were sworn at. Really inappropriate and unnecessary behaviour from the wardens.
