Camping L'Escale Saint-Gilles

With a small beach just outside the entrance and the bustling resort of Bénodet a pleasant, coastal walk away, Camping L'Escale Saint-Gilles offers you the best of both worlds. This family-run park has great facilities including a superb 250m² pool complex with water slides, spa, Jacuzzi, and indoor pool. There's also an impressive health and beauty centre, which is ideal if you fancy a bit of pampering and that's in addition to our gym and facilities for playing tennis, table tennis, volleyball and basketball. In July and August we run the 'Sunny Club' kids' club on weekday mornings and a variety of evening entertainment such as family discos, karaoke evenings, quiz nights, cabaret and magic shows in La Grande Voile bar which is a great place to relax. For evening dining, Le Safran restaurant has an outdoor terrace facing the water park and indoor seating where guests can taste traditional dishes based on local fresh ingredients. We also have a snack bar offering a wide choices of takeaway foods from traditional snacks (ice creams, sandwiches, pizzas, chips, sausages, cold drinks) to local cuisine (mussels, couscous, paella, grilled meat). The campsite offers all the practical amenities you'll need, such as our on-site shop selling essential groceries, local produce and souvenirs. Washing and drying machines are available by the main shower block and guests can just ask our helpful reception staff for local tourist site ideas and tips.
