Понравилось Everything was amazing. I would say one of the best places where we stayed. Nice area , good service , welcomed people. Always hot water available. Clean area, toilets. Offering fresh milk with different flavours. They got a little shop there as well.

Понравилось The staff are great, campsite is always lovely and clean.
So peaceful.

Has a coffee machine, ice cream machine and milk/milkshake machine.

We were even delighted with a pizza van! Freshly made it was gorgeous.

Не понравилось Hand dryer in ladies toilets was not very good and the showers turn off quickly meaning you need to keep pressing the button and wait for the pressure to go back up.

Понравилось Very well managed and maintained site within five miles of Bala. Well spaced van pitches with plenty of waste and recycling bins conveniently sited. Friend,y managers and the the drinks and ice cream vending machines were a big hit with our grandkids!

It’s great to hear the 24‑hour fridge/freezer access, quiet evenings, and laundry facilities were useful too.
Being just a few miles from Bala is a definite help and commented a lot to us from other campers, not only for supplies but for the beautiful Llyn Tegid. We're glad having free WiFi and an on‑site shop made things easier, and we’re thrilled it all helped make your stay enjoyable.

Понравилось Immaculate toilets and showers ( shower curtains rather than a lockable door in mens not ideal) good sized pitch, fairly quiet.

Не понравилось Advertised 'shop' opening hours really did not correspond with the actual opening times ? Signposted gates did not actually lead anywhere despite searching for an exit ( 'To Fron Goch' was actually, we think, an enclosed field!? Please advise if we didn't look hard enough!? 🤣)

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the shop not being open during the stated hours. We are never far away and always highlight to give the site mobile number a ring if the shop is closed. Being a small team, we often utilise quiet shop times to get minor jobs sorted. We will ensure our opening times are communicated more clearly and followed more consistently.
We appreciate you mentioning the signage. The “To Fron Goch” gate is part of an older access route that is no longer in use, and we understand how this could be confusing. Your feedback helps us identify areas where clearer signage would improve the guest experience.
