Понравилось: All that you need on the site including food van, small shop, and bar. Our 2 year old absolutely loved the park area and there was plenty of space to run around. Staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever you asked them. Toilets were clean and stocked, lovely campsite

Понравилось: This was our first camping trip as a family and we can't fault it. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. Our one year old loved the pay area. We had breakfast both mornings and tea on the Saturday evening, which was all delicious. The facilities are exceptional and very well maintained, particularly for the price. Knowing the money is going to a good cause is an added bonus. Thank you so much. Tez, Simon and Sioned :-)

Понравилось: We absolutely love this campsite. The flat pitches are generously sized. The shop sells all the kinds of things you might have forgotten to pack. There's food available for breakfast and tea plus a bar. The owners couldn't have done more to make us welcome. The toilets are clean and well stocked, the showers are great, hot water available. The additional touches really make this place special. It's great value for money and we can't wait to come. Thanks you from Rachel & Wayne.

Понравилось: Lovely glamping pod. Very clean and everything we needed was in there. Enough room for the two hours and facilities inside the pod and seating area outside were perfect.

Не понравилось: This can’t be helped but the communal toilets were right next to the glamping pod and thanks to disrespectful other guests were woken up in the early hours as they congregated in the toilets laughing and joking. There’s nothing the site management can do at that time of night, it’s down to selfish campers.

От менеджера: We are happy you enjoyed your stay in the glamping pod and those facilities were suitable. I must apologies for other campers disturbing you at night or the early hours. If you had called me (always on call) or told me the next day we could have warned them sadly people don't always think sound carry. I will make a point of asking people to be more considerate at night and the early hours if they visit the loo's. Понравилось: Great location and peaceful with great people. Camping pods set up with everything you need and facilities are good for everyone. Great that there is food and drink on site too to socialise with others. All goes towards a great cause

Понравилось: Great site really well organised. Friendly staff. Busy site but very calm and peaceful. All facilities very clean. Only a 1 night for us to test our new purchase but was perfect for us. Great extras like catering , hot tubs etc but unfortunately didn’t get to use them this time. And you are supporting the dog rescue centre at the same time.

Понравилось: I liked that there was large pitch, we had a large 8man tent and a car.. with room for another 2cars. On site 1 they also have a play area, bar, shop and a food truck that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.. food was amazing and fresh as well as fair priced too. It's was my family's first time camping and my daughter is autistic, we all really enjoyed are stay here, an already can't wait to visit again 😁

Не понравилось: Not so much a dislike, more of a slight inconvenience. The toilets are based at the front of site one, and we was staying at the back end of site 2, in day light this wasn't an issue but at night (mostly for my daughter) it was a bit of an inconvenience, again not a dislike though as the toilets themselves are well looked after and clean 😁

От менеджера: We are so happy the whole family including your lovely daughter enjoyed their stay, Sorry we can only have the toilets on Site 1 as they need electric and there is non in the front field site 2. Its always best to also bring torches when camping especially on a non electric site 2. We will be very happy to host your family on your next visit Happy camping and safe travels

От менеджера: Basic is a field with nothing in it but For a basic site we feel offer quite a lot} Large pitches FREE Flushing toilets, hot showers, hot pot wash, children's play area, freezer block freezer, small shop, staff are very good at keeping our site tidy and very clean including all our facilities. Plus a weekend bar and catering, all for £9.50 pp a night and we are raising funds for our Pet rescue centre that is open to view also. But we can't suit everyone all the time we can only try our best Wishing you well, happy camping and safe travels

Не понравилось: The woman that works there has a horrible attitude its like your a massive inconvenience being there not nice when your there to enjoy yourself the weather was great and wanted to stay another night she couldn't give us an answer till 10 minutes before we was due to be off the pitch thinking we was staying with 3 children to then tell us we couldn't stay don't understand why she had to wait to tell us to top it off when I got off the sight I checked on the website and there was availability so I don't know why she did that upsetting 3 kids disgusting she's a power tripimg miserable lady

От менеджера: Have very sad to leave such a negative review as your husband who asked if you could stay another night was brilliant and said it was because you had all enjoyed your stay so much. The reason I could not inform you if the pitch was empty another night was because I was doing the breakfast in the catering van and did not have time to go into the office and turn on the computer while I had other people waiting for breakfast service. I did not expect you to pack and leave within 10 minutes at all and never asked you to I totally understood and said no rush. If there was room on the website it doesn't mean on that particular pitch as pitches are allocated and we try to rest pitches after use if possible. You booked a one night stay! and non of our campers are an inconvenience the vast majority are brilliant and repeat visitors, but it seem there are exceptions I will say no more other than I find your comments sad and total unfounded under the circumstance as for your statement the woman who works there happens to be the owner and that's me who works a 7 day week from 8am often until after 7pm at night to provide the campsite so perhaps you should think before slating some one of their circumstances first.
