Mid Wales Camping and Caravanning

Camping and caravanning membership is not essential. There is the opportunity to join on site.

Your pitch will be held until 7pm on your arrival date. We reserve the right to re-let any pitch not claimed by this time unless you have notified us (by telephone or email) of any late arrival.

Dogs and other pets are welcome up to a maximum of two animals per booking and provided that we are notified in advance. The animal(s) must be well-behaved and under proper control at all times, on leads up to 2m length. If any pet is suspected of misbehaving or not being under proper control we will notify the owner. Any further misbehaviour will result in the owner being ordered to leave the site immediately, without question, and without any refund.

All children must be under proper parental supervision at all times. You should also be aware of the inherent natural dangers of your surroundings and take suitable precautions. If in doubt please ask.

Any day visitors that you may have to your unit during your stay must report to reception before entering the site and pay the day visitor charge. Day visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.

Ball games and the kicking or throwing of balls is strictly forbidden anywhere on the farm unless special permission has been granted by the management.

We like to encourage access to the fields and river bank, but this is not always possible and permission must be obtained beforehand.

We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit access to or from the site at any time in the interest of security.

In the event of misconduct of any sort the right is reserved to ask you to leave the site immediately without any refund. The cost of any damage caused will be charged and recovered through the courts if necessary.
