I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the pitch slope and the missing Wi-Fi information. To provide some context:

Pitch Allocation: Because your booking was made just a day prior to arrival, our flat pitches specifically reserved for motorhomes had already been fully booked. We always aim to provide the most level ground possible, but last-minute availability can occasionally be limited.

Wi-Fi Details: Our team usually provides Wi-Fi credentials during the check-in process. However, as you arrived after reception had closed, I understand this vital bit of info was missed.

Moving forward: We take your private feedback seriously. We are currently reviewing our Late Arrival Welcome Packs to ensure Wi-Fi details and other essential instructions are clearly included for guests arriving out of hours.

We appreciate your patience and hope to welcome you back again—perhaps with a bit more lead time so we can snag you one of those flatter spots!

Regarding your feedback on the Wi-Fi, I'm sorry you missed out on using it! We do advertise Wi-Fi on Pitch-up to help guests plan ahead, but we’ll look into making the login details more prominent on-site so they are easier to find.

Понравилось Stayed in a pod. Basically just a bedroom. But comfy mattress and plenty of space to spread out. Lots of power points but none near the beds.....good thing...? I thought so.

Не понравилось Water point not signed so unsure if it was safe to drink. Had to ask.

Понравилось Plenty of space on the pitches, quiet site, nicely situated just on the edge of Coldstream town so you can walk in to grab some food or nip to the shops. Beautiful scenery and good/clean amenities. Nice and polite customer service. All made me feel very welcome.

Понравилось We stayed in pod 4 one of the basic ones without the hot tub. It was ample for our needs (2 adults and 2 kids 10 and 11). We found the pod to be clean, well situated with a lovely view, warm and with plenty of power outlets and charging points. The amenities were clean and easy to use and access, with clear instructions on things like rubbish disposal. A good spot for parking and an on-site play area which the kids accessed on the first night after a long drive.

The setting was beautiful and we had the privilege of seeing lot's of birds and were visited by a random hare passing through! It was peaceful and quiet. With great links to Edinburgh and Holy island.
I would encourage people to bring some over door hooks so you have somewhere to hang coats and jackets.
Overall would highly recommend.

Понравилось Love Coldstream Site, staff lovely and friendly, pitches good size, showers and toilets lovely and clean and lots of hot water showers and washbasins. Lovely walk along river to town.

We understand your frustration regarding the cost of using the EV charging point. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wanted to clarify its operation: The EV charger does not belong to Coldstream Holiday Park. It is managed and operated by an external, third-party company. Coldstream Holiday Park does not set or control the prices for charging. The external provider manages all aspects of the pricing structure and tariffs.

We offer the charging point as an added convenience for our guests who drive electric vehicles, but unfortunately, the pricing is entirely out of our hands.

We sincerely apologise if the pricing caused any inconvenience during your stay. We aim to offer the best possible experience, and we are disappointed that this external service detracted from your otherwise positive visit.
