Tremorvu Campsite and Glamping

Понравилось Tremorvu campsite has to be the very best we’ve stayed in so far. It is small and quiet with very well spaced pitches and plenty of room for children to play. The facilities are very good with free hot showers and freezer blocks storage. There are indoor and outdoor wash up areas and electric hook ups. But best of all was the proper coffee and pastries available every morning and the option of a small bar and homemade pizza at the weekends. The shop sells just the right selection of essentials with fresh bacon from a local butcher. I don’t really want to post this because I’d rather it stayed my secret 😂

Понравилось This was a fantastic site, was welcomed by the owners who took the time to explain where everything was and showed me to my pitch. They have great facilities toilets, showers, washing stations, they even have a bar and food on offer. As a female solo traveller it felt very safe and family friendly would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Cornwall.

Понравилось Really nice pitches, and lovely setting. Very welcoming and helpful owners, really set the tone for the whole place. Great showers and facilities. Relaxed and peaceful vibe. Really good location for access to some amazing places in Cornwall.

Понравилось Amazingly personable and friendly owners, the small family feel, the location, the glorious hot tubs and comfortable glamping pods. This was our absolute favourite campsite on our roadie around Cornwall.

Понравилось Absolutely everything, the site is very clean and has a family feel. It’s not over packed and is extremely peaceful. We stayed here for 8 nights and I would absolutely recommend to anyone. There is a little bar which had a lovely vibe. A shop, fresh stone cooked pizzas. Everyone was very respectful and the site was not noisy at all. I would absolutely stay here again. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Beaches are beautiful just a short 5 min drive away. Perfect location for all tourist destinations. 20 mins to the train station to get to st ives on the train (the train takes 10 mins) Thank you for a beautiful stay! Nic and linds

Понравилось We had a great experience at Tremorvu campsite. We had a brilliant time at this beautifully kept, family-run site. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to cater to our every need, making us feel right at home.

The bell tent and kitchen were absolutely ideal for our stay. We truly appreciated the comfortable beds and the well-equipped kitchen facilities. To make our first night extra special, we were even gifted a bag of logs for the fire pit, which allowed us to toast marshmallows! The barbecue was also a fantastic addition, and we made great use of it during our stay.

One of the highlights for us was the bean-to-cup coffee and croissants at the on-site café. The freshly baked pizzas, available three nights a week, were an absolute treat as well. The location of the campsite was perfect for exploring the local area, with easy access to beautiful beaches where we enjoyed activities such as sea kayaking and surf lessons.

Overall, our experience at Tremorvu was nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to return!

Понравилось Pod 1 is the bigger 2 bedroom pod & we preferred the extra space. We have stayed here before in the 1 bedroom pod’s & it felt too small for us (family of 4)

Не понравилось That we didn’t have a log-burning stove or hot tub like the one bedroom pod’s have now (they didn’t last year).

От менеджера: Thank you for your booking and review, Stargazy 2 bed pod is just perfect for 4 people, we hope to add some outside features in the next year or two, we won’t rule out installing a hot tub or similar! However we’ve ruled out putting in a wood burning stove as it will take up valuable space.
Apologies for the WiFi, we know it was up and down for you, even though the pods have their own routers. The issue turned out to be interference from another signal (who knew?) slowing our network, but this has been rectified.
We hope you’ll come and visit us again soon!
