Понравилось Cabin was lovely and the site too. Very peaceful place loved it.

Will definitely be coming back. Have everything in the cabin you need. And facilities inside are great, food at the cafe is wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hot tub is cool.

Не понравилось Ordered extra bits which had to be paid for, didn't appear till our 2nd day. Would expect the booking to be reviewed before arriving and everything be there on arrival. Was on a girls weekend with my cousin but if a romantic weekend this would have been very disappointing to not have what was paid for organized by the site in advance like it was. Definitely need to pay more attention shouldnt have to ask.

Not much info on where the keys will be or where to drop off, seemed like you just turn up to the cabin and keys are inside and then when leaving you just leave them inside the cabin. Took ours to reception not knowing you didn't need too, staff seemed surprised we where at reception at half 3, when you can arrive from 3 and signs saying go to reception first.

Not a lot of communication with that side of things.

Wifi isnt great and hot tub could be provided with fly net.

We just want to apologise for the missed Chimenea set on your arrival - we sent it up as soon as I saw it had been missed, which, due to my day off wasn't until the next day - however it absolutely should have been with you when expected.

As for keys, you should have received a pre-arrival email with instructions that includes keys - I will check that it is still working. The majority of our guests love that they don't have to come to reception, but it would certainly have been confusing if you didn't see the email.

Hopefull, these problems didn't spoil your stay - and we really hope you give us a chance to get it absolutely right next time.

Понравилось Beautiful setting. Wagon was warm was clean to a high standard. Tea, coffee, milk, water and wine 👍 ❤️

Понравилось Pod had everything we could want for our stay, cosy and very warm. Lovely clean site.
Shop was lovely.

Не понравилось Hot tub takes along time to heat when first using it, then its a tricky to keep it from getting to hot. We paid for late check out but felt slightly rushed as was making most of last morning in hot tub while cleaners were in out pod next to us which made us feel like we were making then wait for us to go and self conscious as can see right over to us.

Понравилось Really cosy cabin, loved the Everhot stove. Kitchen small but had what we needed. Comfy bed. Hot tub took few hours to get going in freezing temps but it was great once we had managed it. Very kind to provide new logs each night, and Chocs & wine treats on arrival too. The site was really interesting and very spacious, small shop & cafe, outdoor gym. Canal walks to Audlem and Nantwitch. Board games and tv hdmi cable supplied.

Не понравилось Couple of suggestions only - hooks for dressing gown outside next to hot tub and some slippers would be nice as we forgot ours and had to run to the hot tub barefoot.

Понравилось Loved it!
Lovely and clean everything we needed and more with the lovely xmas decorations complimentary champagne chocolates lovely little set up on the bed was so nice for new years eve lovely and cosy Also complimentary wine biscuits we was surprised. Down to the tea coffee sugar milk bottled water everything was there to start are stay. Hodnet cabin we couldn't fault loved it and the hottub was great with lots of wood provided. All the little touches was so nice. Amazing views very quiet and not far from anything you need or want to do. I will be back in the summer i can only imagine it's even more beautiful. Thank you so much for are lovely 3 night stay i would highly recommend.

Понравилось Amazing touches, decorated for xmas, complimentary wine and all the luxuries we could ask for. Cabin was warm cosy and had everything you could want! Very quiet and relaxing! Plenty of wood for the hot-tub.
