Не понравилось Didn't see 1 member of staff. Shop and reception is only open 1.5 hrs on a morning and for 1hr a few evenings a week. Site details say every pitch has WiFi - we were very disappointed as this was the reason we booked this site as I had work to do but the 99% of the time we had no connection. It's expensive to stay for what you get.

We were surprised to read your comment about not seeing any staff, as we live on site and are here 24/7 throughout the season. Our shop/reception is open each morning and on selected evenings, and a member of your party did visit the shop during your stay (Charcoal for the BBQ). Outside of those hours, guests are always welcome to reach us on the number provided in the welcome pack, or simply by speaking to us around the park while we’re maintaining the grounds, cleaning facilities or preparing caravans.

Regarding WiFi, we do ask guests to let us know straight away if they have difficulty connecting, as this gives us the opportunity to look into it there and then. The system generally works well, but like any service it can sometimes need adjusting, and we’re always happy to help when made aware.

In terms of value for money, we do regularly review our tariffs and offer discounted stays at certain times of year – including the rate you received. We aim to provide a fair price for the facilities and services we offer, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t your impression.

We do take feedback seriously and will continue working to ensure guests know how to contact us easily during their stay.

Понравилось We liked everything about this site very spacious ideal for dogs even though we didn’t take ours, short walking distance to the nearest public house lovely meals ,,nice friendly staff would recommend Robin Hood camp site, would definitely come again

Понравилось Excellent site beautifully maintained, great location on edge of the village, quiet and peaceful setting. Friendly and helpful staff on hand would definitely recommend and will be revisiting soon.

Понравилось Lovely site with large fully serviced level pitches. A little shop selling essentials and treats like ice cream and wine 😋
The facilities were very clean as was the laundry room. Lots of trees and wild life even heard owls. It is a family friendly site with a nice play park so it did get busier on the weekend. Owners were very friendly and helpful and we found it good value for money.

Не понравилось We found the WiFi, 4G and 5G dropped out quite a lot it didn’t bother us and not the sites fault

Walk to the village and pub only took 10 minutes great pizzas and great beer gardens

Не понравилось Could not put my drive away awning as you can’t put a waning on grass but it was ok
Wi-Fi not very good , site need to put a extender where the motor homes park

Понравилось Large level pitches, quiet, owners were very friendly, small onsite shop, great facilities & good location

Не понравилось Wi-Fi was very hit and miss despite being close by to a booster.

Понравилось Very clean nice and quiet friendly tourers and friendly who live on site also the owner was so down to earth and nice man we would definitely go back there, well maintained, we had 5 kids in total over two caravans age 1 year to 11 year and all had great fun we wish we stayed longer :) nice park for kids to play at too shop on site pubs at hand, pitches was level was a win win for us

Понравилось Very very nice and clean site very friendly people all round park clean toilets and showers shop was very good could not ask for a better place to stay loved it
